USED TO CHAIR WAY

[00:00:01]

I SPENT SOME TIME ON THE BOARD ADJUSTMENTS.

I LIVING OLD PART OF EAST SOUTH AND I'VE GOT ABOUT ACRE AND ALMOST TWO ACRES OF PROPERTY.

HAS 12,000 SQUARE FOOT POND ON IT.

SPRING FED THE CITY OF PALACE.

RUNS THEIR DRAINAGE THROUGH MY PROPERTY.

I GET NOTHING I CAN PAY TAXES ON.

I'VE BEEN THERE 37 YEARS, SO I'VE GOT 37 YEARS BOND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

YES, BIG FLOOD.

DID FLOOD UP PROPERTY AND SW MY DAUGHTER'S CAR.

UM, IT'S JUST ONE THING I'VE HEARD OTHER THAN THE SEEN RIGHT? IT'S A PARTNER'S DOING THE MATH.

.

I'M JUST LETTING, I LIVE IN WEST DALLAS.

I'M A PEDIATRICIAN, UM, IN WINWOOD VILLAGE.

SO DISTRICT, UM, AND I LOVE MUSICALS.

I'M GONNA GO SEE FOR THIS WEEKEND.

YEAH, YEAH.

NAME'S JERRY MCCONNELL AND UH, I'M THE AREA MANAGER AT ENCORE.

I ALL THIS STUFF TO WORK, DOING ALL MY OFF TIME, WHICH IS GREAT.

AND, UH, I GUESS ONE THING ABOUT ME, I'M A, I'M A NAVY FAN AND ALSO A MUSICIAN.

UM, AND SO I'VE BEEN BACK IN DALLAS SINCE I GOT OUTTA THE NAVY IN OH SIX.

AND, UH, DOC'S BEEN MY HOME SINCE THEN.

AND I THINK ADAM BOW TO DO A THIS GROUP, BECAUSE I'VE BEEN WEARING HIS OFFICE OUT ON A, UH, FIRST STORM IN, UM, A WASTEWATER HAVE ISSUES THERE IN EAST DALLAS.

SO, HAPPY TO BE GOOD.

GOOD

[00:05:01]

EVENING EVERYONE.

MY NAME'S GREG.

I'M GONNA ATTORNEY HERE IN DALLAS AT GREEN REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.

NEXT 30 MINUTES PRESIDENT.

I SAY TO SAY THIS, I TO EXCUSE MYSELF AT SEVEN 30 CAUSE AT THAT TIME, BUT I EXTREMELY HAPPY TO BE HERE.

AND THE ONE THING ABOUT MYSELF THAT SHE ASKED FOR TO SAY IS, I'VE GROWN UP ENOUGH COURAGE AROUND MY SECOND, IT'S BEEN FIVE, TAKING BABY STEPS TO GET BACK.

OKAY.

SO W SO YOU HAVE ANYTHING MATTERS IS LAWYERS SITTING NEXT TO LAWYERS, Y'ALL.

SO WE HAVE TWO THINGS.

UH, I'M A REPUBLIC.

OKAY? AND SO NOBODY IS ALLOWED TO HAVE CERTAIN CHOCOLATES IN THE OFFICES BECAUSE THEY'RE NINE WITH GET THE BOTTOM TRUCK.

AND THE OTHER INTERESTING THING IS, I'M A DIE HARD OKLAHOMA CIGARETTE.

THAT'S FINE.

OKAY, JEN.

OKAY.

UM, MY NAME IS MATT AND I'M PERSON 11.

UH, AND ABOUT ME IS THAT I AM WELL, UH, JAZZ GOSPEL PROGRAM PLAYER.

I STILL PLAY AROUND THE HOUSE AS MUCH AS I CAN, BUT MY, MY FREE TIME AS MUCH AS I, ROBERT, MY NAME ROBERT FISHER.

I'M BORN IN DALLAS.

I'M A SECURITY, SECURITY FIREARM COMPANY.

UH, MY FAVORITE THING TO DO IS SBA.

SO FLOOD COMES IN HANDY.

, I'M TEXAS IN MY FAMILY PROGRAM.

THANK YOU.

MY NAME IS LAURA, ALSO EXCLUSIVELY WITH, UH, LOCAL KELLY AND DEVELOPERS THAT WORKS ALL ACROSS S AND CREATING LOT OF ISSUES AND CLIMATE DEVELOPMENT.

UM, I'M AND ACTUALLY CANADIAN, SO I'M CANADA FOR JUNE.

SO I'M THINKING PROVOST TWO MEETINGS.

UH, WEBEX.

STEVEN, WHAT IS IT? STEVEN? THAT'S STEVEN.

HI, I'M STEVEN.

UH, I GREW UP IN FLORIDA IN UNIVERSITY FOR GRADUATE, BUT READY TO DALLAS SINCE 2019.

AND I GUESS SOMETHING ABOUT ME, I TO PLAY BASKETBALL, I STILL PLAY LIKE THREE, FOUR TIMES A WEEK.

SO THE STAFF IS WRITTEN OUT.

CAUSE THAT TOOK MORE THAN THE FIVE MINUTES.

, SORRY, I'M GONNA GET, I'M GONNA TAKE HURRY UP.

OKAY.

SO, UH, WE, WE NEED ONE MORE PERSON THAT'S GONNA JOIN US FROM D 10 THAT WE DON'T HAVE YET.

SO WE'VE GOT ANOTHER, ANOTHER MEMBER THAT'S NOT HERE THAT WE'LL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS WHEN THEY GET HERE.

NOBODY SAID.

UM, SO WE ARE GOING TO REVIEW AND RECOMMEND PROJECTS TO IMPROVE THE CITY OVERALL FLOOD PROTECTION, STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM.

UM, WE DO HAVE, WE ARE VERY FORTUNATE, MR. GAR, CAUSE WE HAVE GREAT DEPARTMENT.

DALLAS WATER UTILITIES IS OUR ONLY DEPARTMENT THAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH.

AND SO THEY REALLY ARE THE BRAINS BEHIND THE OPERATION.

AND I'VE BEEN MEETING WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY TO JUST PLAN OUR ROADMAP.

CAN EVERYBODY HEAR ME OKAY? YES.

LOUD ENOUGH.

UM, IT'S PLAN OUR ROADMAP.

BUT I, I CAN TELL YOU WE'VE GOT A LITTLE, WE HAVE CONTACT SHEET IN HERE ABOUT WHO SOON.

OKAY.

SO WHEN YOU LOOK IN YOUR, SHE GOT A NOTEBOOK BY THE WAY.

IMPRESSED WITH THIS.

WE FOCUS ON, LIKE I SAID, WE GOT A NOTEBOOK.

I DIDN'T JUST YEAH, UNDERSTOOD.

THERE'S SOMETHING THAT TELLS YOU WHO EVERYBODY IS THAT REALLY ON OUR CORE TEAM.

WE HAVE A QUARTER TEAM OF THE BOTH MATT'S FINISH, BUT THIS IS MATT CONSISTENT.

UM, BUT MATT IS OUR PRIMARY CONTENT.

SO HE'S THE ONE'S GONNA TALK TO US A LOT AND WE'RE GONNA TELL EVERYTHING TOO.

WE WILL HAVE A FINAL PROPOSITION THAT'S OUR OUTPUT IS THAT, UM, SO THERE'S A PROPOSITION THAT SHOULD BE IN HERE.

SO YOU CAN SEE, UM, WE DON'T HAVE IT, BUT YOU CAN SEE WHAT THE ACTUAL OUTPUT OF, OF THIS IS GOING TO BE.

IT'S ACTUALLY JUST THE PROPOSITION ITSELF.

UM, PROBABLY LEY IF YOU WERE IN THERE ASKED THE QUESTION ABOUT COUNCIL NOT IGNORING WHAT WE DO.

WELL THAT WAS INTENT.

CAUSE SOMETIMES THEY DO.

WE, WE'VE

[00:10:01]

GOT SOME ISSUES WITH THAT THAT WE'LL WE'LL GET INTO A LITTLE BIT LATER.

BUT, UM, OUR OUTPUT GOES TO THE TASK FORCE, WHICH IS THE MAIN TASK FORCE, THEN THE CITY COUNCIL.

UH, OUR OBJECTIVE IS, AS I SAID, TO LOOK AT THINGS HOLISTICALLY, WHICH WHEN IT COMES TO FLOODING, ANOTHER A TOOL THING JUST IS PRETTY CRITICAL.

UM, YOU HAVE A NOTEBOOK, SO I WANTED YOU TO KNOW ABOUT THAT CUZ THE TIME DURING THE NEXT PART OF THE PRESENTATION, YOU MIGHT NEED TO REFER TO THAT IN YOUR NOTEBOOK IS KEY.

THINGS THAT WE THOUGHT YOU'D NEED WHEN WE WERE PREPAR THIS.

IT ALSO HAS AN EXTRA PIECE OF PAPER IN THE BACK, MAYBE MORE NEXT TIME.

AND, YOU KNOW, A LITTLE NICE PIECE OF NO PAPER BACK THERE.

SO IF ANYBODY DOESN'T HAVE THEIR HOME, YOU CAN USE THE ONE THAT WE GAVE.

UH, DO TAKE SOME TIME TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH WHAT'S IN THE NOTEBOOK.

IT'S INTENDED.

WE WILL GIVE YOU HARD COPIES.

WE'LL ALSO GIVE YOU E COPIES OF A LOT OF THINGS, BUT IT'S INTENDED TO BE REPOSITORY FOR ALL THINGS YOU'RE GOING TO GET OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF TIMES.

SO I HOPE YOU FIND IT USEFUL FROM THAT STANDPOINT.

SOME THINGS AREN'T IN HERE YET.

IT'S INTENDED TO BE A BILLING BLOCK, BUT WE HAVE GIVEN YOU, UM, THE COUNCIL, THE MAIN SUBJECT HERE SO FAR IS THINGS THAT HAVE OCCURRED TO DATE ON THE COUNCIL.

SO IF YOU WANNA SEE THE BRIEFS SHOULD HAVE THE BOND.

IT LOOKS LIKE THE BOND, WHAT WE CALL THE BOND OR JUROR ISSUE, A LITTLE BIT OF INFORMATION AND THEN ALL THE, THAT HAVE BEEN MADE, COUNSEL.

SO IF YOU REALLY WANT WALK OUT ABOUT ALL THIS, YOU CAN GO LOOK AT DIFFERENT MEETINGS AND SEE WHAT'S HAPPENED UP TO THIS POINT REALLY SHOULDN'T BE NECESSARY.

BUT RIGHT NOW I'M GONNA LET MATT INTRODUCE THE STAFF, TELL IT'S A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHAT WE'RE GONNA BE DOING.

SURE.

WELL, GOOD EVENING.

MY NAME IS MATT PINK.

I'M THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF THE UTILITIES OVER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.

UM, I THINK WE'VE PUT TOGETHER A PRETTY GOOD SCHEDULE OF PRESENTATIONS AND ACTIVITIES.

WE'VE GOT A TOUR PLAN, WE'VE GOT, UH, A LOT OF THINGS, YOU KNOW, TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND, EDUCATE YOU, AND INFORM YOU ABOUT THE STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM, HOW IT OPERATES, THE PURPOSE OF IT, THE NEEDS OF IT, THE SIGNIFICANT NEEDS WE HAVE.

AND THEN ALSO WE'LL HELP GUIDE YOU IN DEVELOPING PRIORITIES FOR THE COMMITTEE ON HOW WE SELECT THE PROJECTS THAT WE'RE GONNA RECOMMEND TO THE TASK FORCE, WHICH WILL ULTIMATELY GET UP TO THE CITY COUNCIL.

SO, UH, WITH THAT BRIEFLY SAID, UH, I'LL, I'LL LET OUR STAFF INTRODUCE THEMSELVES VERY QUICKLY.

SAY YOUR NAME AND YOUR ROLE.

UH, JUST MAYBE STAND UP SO YOU, SO YOU KNOW, AND I'LL KIND OF MAYBE ADD A DETAIL OR TWO.

JUST QUICKLY START AS STELLA AND I'M GONNA STOP RIGHT THERE.

NATALIE IS, NATALIE WILL BE WHO YOUR COMMUNICATION FROM.

SHE DOES.

SHE SET UP YOUR NOTEBOOKS, SHE'S AWESOME.

SO, YOU KNOW, SAY THANKS TO NATALIE, IF YOU GET A CHANCE ENGINEER.

AND, AND JUST TO ADD, THEY'RE GONNA HELP HELPING USRE IF YOU TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ALONG WITH, UH, HER, UH, FOR TRANSLATION.

SO I JUST WANTED TO LOOK THAT UP.

SO MY NAME IS, AND, AND ADER IS THE GUY WHO'S GONNA LEAD HIS TEAM THAT'S OFFICIALLY GONNA DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT THESE PROJECT ONTARIO, ALEX, DIRECTOR OF DALLAS.

AND THIS IS OUR MEETING BOSS.

MY NAME IS MARK WILLIAMS, UH, SUPERINTENDENT OVER CAPITAL SERVICE.

AND MARK, ALONG WITH NATALIE ARE GONNA HELP ME WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE.

AND THEN SARAH, I'M DAN, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR AND DALLAS UTILITIES FROM THE LAST 2017 BOND PROGRAM.

SO IS VERY IMPORTANT.

SO WE HAVE PERSPECTIVE ON, ON THE LAST ONE TOWARDS THIS ONE.

AND MY NAME IS, I'M THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF WATER OPERATIONS.

SO I'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTEN AND OPERATIONS.

SO, YOU KNOW, FUTURE PROJECTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM THAT WE HAVE US AND GONNA BEGIN GREAT PRESENTATION TONIGHT ABOUT OUR SYSTEM.

SO HELP, UH, EDUCATE YOU ON, ON DALLAS STORMWATER SYSTEMS. SO, UH, I THINK, UH, THE ONLY OTHER FEW THINGS I WANTED TO COVER BEFORE WE GET TO THE SCHEDULE WAS ONE, YOU KNOW, ONE PURPOSE OF THIS COMMITTEE, THIS IS TERMS WHAT PROJECTS WE WANT TO DO, BUT HOW WE WANNA ALLOCATE THE FUNDS, UH, FOR THIS PROPOSITION.

UM, WE'RE GONNA HELP GUIDE YOU ON SOME RECOMMENDATIONS WE HAVE IN TERMS OF THE SIZE OF THE OVERALL PROPOSITION.

BUT ANOTHER IMPORTANT ASPECT IS WE HAVE AGILE LEARN, WE HAVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF FUNDINGS.

WE HAVE FLOOD MANAGEMENT, STORM DRAIN RELIEF AND EROSION CONTROL.

SO PART OF THE COMMITTEE'S PURPOSE IS TO DETERMINE WHAT OUR PRIORITIES ARE GONNA BE.

SO YOU'LL LEARN MORE ABOUT THAT, YOU'LL HAVE DETERMINE THAT THROUGH THIS, UH, COMMITTEE WILL RECOMMEND A SET OF BOND ON THINGS.

OKAY? THAT'S OUR, THAT'S OUR WHOLE GOAL.

[00:15:02]

AND I JUST WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT THAT.

YOU MAY HAVE HEARD, MAY HAVE HEARD EARLIER THAT THIS, THIS, UH, THIS COMMITTEE ESSENTIALLY MYSELF, WILL REPORT UP TO THIS TASK FORCE, WHAT WE DO EACH MEETING, UH, WE'LL KEEP THEM APPRISED OF OUR ACTIVITIES, OUR GOALS AND ALL THAT SORT OF STUFF.

SO WITH THAT, I THINK, ANITA, DO YOU WANT TO TAKE THE MEETINGS OR YOU WANT ME TO, I'LL, I'LL START OUT AND JUST LET YOU KNOW WHAT WE HAVE YOU FLIPPED TO YOUR, UM, IN YOUR NOTEBOOK YOU HAVE A TAB THAT SAYS SUBCOMMITTEE ROADMAP AND THAT, THAT'S GONNA GIVE YOU A QUICK OVERVIEW.

WE'LL FIX THE FINAL COLOR, WE'LL SEE.

SO IF THE ROADMAP, THAT'S GONNA GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF HOW THE MEETINGS ARE GONNA RUN HERE AND THAT'S GONNA RUN OVER THESE INDIVIDUALLY.

BUT JUST TO GIVE YOU AN OVERVIEW, UM, WE'RE GONNA HAVE SIX MEETINGS AND ONE TOUR.

SO THE ONE TOUR WE HAVE, WE REALLY NEED TO TRY TO GET TO, IT'S GONNA BE COOL, WE'VE GOT A GREAT PAUSE, TALK ABOUT THAT LATER IN THE MEETING.

UM, BUT WE'RE GONNA DO SIX MEETINGS.

WE'RE GONNA DEVIATE FROM THE CITY SCHEDULE A LITTLE BIT IN THAT THEY HAD SOME STRANGE SCHEDULING WHERE THEY HAVE MEETINGS SO WEEK APART AND THEY NO MEETINGS FOR TWO NIGHTS.

SO WE'RE GONNA SWITCH THAT AROUND AND PUT A MEETING IN LATE JULY.

SO WE DON'T HAVE SO MUCH OF THE GAP.

AND PART OF THE REASON FOR THAT IS BECAUSE WHAT WE'RE DOING IN THOSE TWO MEETINGS OF THE WE PARK INVOLVES GIVING YOU THE NEEDS INVENTORY, LETTING YOU READ THAT MASSIVE THING, AND THEN MAYBE TALK TO YOUR COUNCIL MEMBERS OR YOUR COMMUNITY ABOUT IT AND THEN BRING INPUT BACK, WHICH IS HARD TO DO IT.

SO WE'RE GONNA PUSH THAT AND GIVE YOU A MONTH TO DO IT INSTEAD OF A WEEK.

BUT WE WILL BE HAVING THE MEETING JULY.

UM, SO MATT WILL RUN OVER THAT WITH YOU RIGHT NOW AND HE'LL TELL US JUST A VERY QUICK LITTLE SNIPPET ABOUT HOW THE MEETINGS ARE, WHAT THEY'RE GONNA COVER.

SO YOU KIND OF HAVE A SENSE OF THE, THE ORDER OF EVENTS.

AND WE'RE GONNA PASS OUT THE, WELL, THERE ARE CHOICES FOR DINNER.

SO IF YOU GUYS WOULDN'T MIND, IF YOU CAN GO IN AND PICK OUT WHAT WE WOULD BUY DINNER SO THAT WE CAN WHILE GO OVER THE PRESENTATIONS IN CASE ANYBODY GETS WHAT SIT SERIOUS THAN, HEY, SO IF WE'D LIKE TO COME IN HERE AND PICK OUT WHAT YOU'D LIKE FOR DINNER QUICKLY, QUICKLY.

BUT WE DECIDED THIS WAS QUICKER THAN HAND UP 15 DIFFERENT WHEELS.

AND THAT'S THE FIRST ONE WHAT YOU SAID, OH NO, I'M NOW THE PRESIDENT.

THIS WHOLE THING.

[00:20:03]

I THINK WE HAVE ALL THE, WE'RE GONNA DO OUR BEST TO TRY TO STAY AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE.

THEY ONLY GAVE US AN HOUR TONIGHT.

WE'LL NORMALLY HAVE AN HOUR AND A HALF WILL BE RECEIVING A DINNER.

LIKE THIS SEEMS TIME FOR A COMPLIMENT BOND OFFICE.

SO REAL QUICKLY, I'M JUST TRYING TO GO OVER OUR SCHEDULE.

I TRIED TO MENTION EARLIER THAT WE DID THIS WITH A THOUGHT PROCESS IN MIND.

INFORM ME ABOUT OUR SYSTEM AND THEN GET INTO SOME OF THE TECHNICAL CRITERIA WE USED TO RATE PROJECTS, UM, TALK ABOUT DIFFERENT TYPES OF PROJECTS AND THEN REALLY WORK WITH YOU ON THE NEEDS INVENTORY AND WORK ON RECOMMENDED PROJECTS.

SO WE CAN SPEND THE LAST SEVERAL MEETINGS, THREE OR FOUR MEETINGS TO GO OVER, YOU KNOW, RECOMMENDED BOND PROJECTS.

WE HEAR YOUR FEEDBACK, WE DEVELOP A, YOU KNOW, A LIST OF PARTICULAR PROJECTS AND GET SOME MORE FEEDBACK.

WE REFINED THAT LIST UNTIL WE GET, ULTIMATELY GET TO SOMETHING THAT, THAT THE COMMITTEE IS SUPPORT.

UM, SO OUR FIRST MEETINGS ON, WE'RE GONNA HAVE SOME 1 0 0 1 PRESENTATION WILL GIVE THAT, UH, ON MAY 20TH WE'LL HAVE THE TOUR IN YOUR BINDER.

BUT IF YOU HAVE A PACKAGE THAT TALKS ABOUT THE TOUR SCHEDULE, BE FROM NINE TO ONE, UH, IF WE HAVE A A CHARTERED BUS SET UP FOR US, UH, WE'LL GO TO START OUT OUR STORMWATER OPERATIONS CENTER AND THEN WE'LL GO TO SEVERAL PROJECTS.

UM, WE'LL GO TO ONE OF OUR, UH, LARGE PUMP STATIONS ON RIVERFRONT ABLE PUMP STATION AWARD WINNING PUMP STATION, AND WE'LL GO TO OUR MILL CREEK PROJECTS, WHICH IS A FIVE MILE LONG, HUGE TUNNEL.

WE'RE REALLY LOVE TO SEE THAT.

AND THEN WE'LL THEN WE'LL GO TO SOME OF THE, THE OTHER MORE TYPICAL MEMBERS LIKE THIS.

UH, ON MAY 25TH, THAT WILL BE OUR SECOND PRESENTATION.

WE'LL TALK ABOUT OUR TECHNICAL PROJECT CRITERIA, OUR NEEDS INVENTORY, AND TALK MORE ABOUT THE GOALS OF THIS COMMITTEE.

YOU WANT US DO THE BOND PROGRAM, UH, IN JUNE.

JUNE, OUR FIRST MEETING, WE'LL HAVE A GUIDED PRIORITY DISCUSSION, UH, AND WE'LL HAVE RECOMMENDED BOND PROJECTS.

WE'LL HAVE A VERSION ONE.

THAT MEETING JUNE 20TH WAS A SCHEDULED DATE FOR THE BOND OFFICE.

AS ANITA MENTIONED, WE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING IN JULY YET.

WE'RE GONNA BE IN THE, LOOKING AT THE NEEDS INVENTORY FEEDBACK.

SO WE'VE PROBABLY BE CRITICAL TO HAVE TIME TO DIGEST INFORMATION AND COME SOME GOOD FEEDBACK.

SO WE REALLY WANNA HAVE A MEETING IN JULY, UH, SO THAT WE'RE NOT HAVING A BIG GAP THERE.

SO IF WE NEED A MEETING IN JUNE 20TH, WE'LL NEED AS WELL.

WE'LL JUST DO THAT.

OKAY, IT, AUGUST 15TH, WE, WE'LL HAVE A RECOMMENDED BOND PROJECTS AND WE'LL HOPEFULLY FINE TUNE THAT AND WRAP THAT UP ON AUGUST 22ND.

UM, AND AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, THE, THE MEETINGS WILL BE AN HOUR AND A HALF FROM 6 7 30.

WE'RE ALL, I THINK WITH THAT WE'LL GET INTO MEETING PROCEDURES TO KIND WRAP UP AND WE'LL GET INTO THE, THE GOOD STUFF, WHICH IS ARD HERE.

AND SHE'S GOT A GREAT, SO WE'VE PROBABLY GOT THE COMMITTEE.

WHAT WE'RE DO IS LEARN ABOUT IT, LOOK AT IT, TRY TO FIGURE OUT HOW WE PRIORITIZE IT.

WE'RE GONNA GET STUFF AND WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO START PUTTING IT IN A CERTAIN ORDER.

THAT'S GONNA TAKE, THAT'S GONNA BE THE BULK OF IT.

IT'S GONNA TAKE A LONG TIME, BUT THAT'S KIND OF HOW WE'RE GONNA APPROACH THIS.

IT'S NOT THAT WE DON'T WANT INPUT.

SO IF SOMEBODY DOESN'T LIKE THIS WAY WE'RE DOING IT, JUST LET US KNOW.

BUT SOMETIMES IT'S EASIER JUST COME IN HERE WITH A PLAN AND TRY TO SORT OUT THE PLAN.

OUR MEETING LOCATION, WE DID GET A GOOD ROOM.

I THINK THERE'S GOOD ROOM , SO WE GOT A GOOD ROOM.

WE CAN ALL SEE EACH OTHER.

UM, IT'LL MOSTLY BE IN THIS ROOM, BUT THERE'S IN YOUR NOTEBOOK A A LIST OF ALL THE MEETINGS AND THE ROOMS SO THAT YOU CAN SEE THEY'RE GONNA BE SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT ON COMMUNICATION FROM OUR PRIMARY POINTS OF CONTACT.

THE EXTENT THAT YOU NEED, I'M NOT SAYING YOU SHOULDN'T TALK TO PEOPLE, BUT YOU MAY NOT HAVE MUCH OF A NEED, BUT IF YOU DO, IT'S MATT, NATALIE, AND COPY ME ALWAYS ON ANYTHING SO THAT I JUST KNOW WHAT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING.

UM, BUT I, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU NECESSARILY WILL.

YOU HAVE EVERYBODY'S CONTACT INFORMATION SHOULD BE NEEDED.

WE ARE GONNA RUN THIS MEETING.

I DON'T THINK IT'S GONNA GIVE YOU VERY FORMAL, BUT YOU NEED ROBERT SCHOOLS TO USE THEM.

WE ARE GONNA HAVE, UM, PACKETS THAT WE SEND OUT.

THE, THE SCHEDULE ON THE PACKETS WILL BE, THEY'LL COME OUT DIGITALLY ON FRIDAY IF IT'S A TUESDAY MEETING.

AND ON MONDAY, IF IT'S A THURSDAY MEETING.

SO THE EXTENT YOU WANNA REVIEW AHEAD OF TIME AND PREP, DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

YOU CAN, YOU'LL HAVE YOUR PACKET DIGITALLY AND WHEN YOU COME HERE, YOU'LL ALSO GET A HARD COPY THAT YOU CAN THEN PUT IN YOUR NOTEBOOK IF YOU DON'T WANNA USE THE OR TACTILE BURDEN.

THAT WILL INCLUDE THE PACKET AND AGENDA MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING AND THEN WHATEVER PRESENTATION WE HAVE AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT'S NECESSARY FOR YOU TO HAVE.

WE WILL HAVE A

[00:25:01]

MEETING AGENDA.

YOU SHOULD HAVE THE AGENDA IN YOUR BOOK FOR TODAY TELLS YOU WHAT WE'RE GONNA COVER.

THE CHAIR WILL BE IN CHARGE OF THE AGENDA.

I'M NOT SURE YOU'RE HAVE NO INTEREST IN TRYING TO CHANGE MY AGENDA.

YOU DO JUST ASK.

I'M NOT, THAT'S THE ONE THING THE CHAIR DO DECIDE ON THE AGENDA.

SO, UM, MEETING FORMAT, WE'RE GONNA TRY IT AND I'LL HERE IF WE CAN.

SO I HOPE IT'S FUN.

WE'RE GONNA HAVE A BIG TIME.

LOVE TO SEE THROUGHOUT FACES.

THEY'RE IN DALLAS, COME HERE.

DON'T, DON'T TRY TO SET, WE'LL VOTE FOR THE STAFF IF WE DON'T NEED TO DO THAT.

SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TO VACATIONS AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

OR YOU'RE GONNA MAYBE BE OUT OF TOWN AND YOU STILL, WE STILL WANT YOU TO ATTEND.

IF IT HAS TO BE REMOTE, THAT'S TOTALLY FINE.

I'M GONNA BE REMOTE LEAVE CAUSE OF MY TEENAGER IN JUNE AND I'M NOT GONNA BE HERE.

SO I'M GONNA MISS, I'M GONNA HAVE TO PROMOTE IN MY MEETING MYSELF.

SO THAT'S DEFINITELY DOABLE.

THAT'S THE ONLY WAY WE CAN GET YOU STAFF'S GONNA TAKE NOTES.

THEY'RE GONNA GENERATE THE MINUTE WE DON'T HAVE IN THIS ROOM, ALTHOUGH IT'S A KILLER ROOM.

WE DON'T HAVE SPEAKER SYSTEM LIKE WE DO AT .

SO WE WANT TO TALK.

WE'LL JUST, YOU KNOW, RAISE OUR HANDS TO FIGURE OUT SOMETHING.

UM, IF YOU CAN'T MAKE A MEETING, LET US KNOW.

WE DON'T HAVE THAT MANY, DON'T WANT YOU ALL TO BE HERE.

NOT, I'M SORT OF SICKLER FOR 10 MINUTES.

SO IF, IF YOU CAN BE HERE, IF YOU'RE NOT HERE, I'LL PROBABLY WANT TO KNOW, YOU KNOW, AHEAD OF TIME SO WE CAN, STAFF DOESN'T ORDER TOO MANY LUNCHES OR FOR DINNERS.

SO JUST TRYING TO GIVE US WARNING.

IF WE GO NOW AND WE CAN'T MAKE SOMETHING GO AHEAD AND CHANGE.

UH, WE DO HAVE IN THE FRONT OF YOUR NOTEBOOK YOU'LL SEE THE COMMENT CARD.

OUR MEETINGS PROBABLY AREN'T GONNA BE TOO MUCH INTO THE PUBLIC, BUT IF THEY ARE, WE HAVE COMMENT CARD SET UP THAT PEOPLE CAN TELL US THAT THEY DIDN'T TELL US.

WE DON'T PLAN TO HAVE ANY PUBLIC COMMENT TIME, PARTICULARLY AT OUR FRONT LOAD MEETING, FRONT MEETING THE WILL, IF SOMEONE WANTS TO COME DOWN THERE AND TALK TO US, TYPICALLY GET INTO THOSE LATER MEETINGS WHILE WE'RE TALKING ABOUT PRIORITIES, IF SOMEONE WANTS TO COME DOWN HERE AND TALK TO US, WE'VE GOT SOME, SOME TIME BUILT IN TO HEAR FROM THE PUBLIC.

BUT IF YOU COME TO THIS MEETING FOR EXAMPLE, YOU WOULDN'T REALLY GET A ORDERED ANYWAY.

SO WE'RE TRYING TO, WE HAVE TO HAVE THAT CONCENTRATED AND WHERE IT MAKES THE MOST SENSE.

UH, WE DO HAVE REPORTING STRUCTURE FOR EACH MEETING.

I GO TO THE TOWN SUPPORT WITH THAT AND WE TELL THEM WHAT WE DID.

I GUESS WE GET A, I DON'T KNOW, AND BUT OUR COUNCIL COMMITTEE, SO PEOPLE, I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO STAY ABREAST OF WHAT'S GOING ON.

OUR COUNCIL COMMITTEE IS TRANSPORTATION AND STRUCTURE AND THE NEXT MEETING THAT THEY HAVE IS MONDAY, BUT THEY'RE NOT GONNA TALK ABOUT US.

UM, THEIR NEXT'S GONNA TALK ABOUT US ON JUNE 12TH.

SO WHEN WE GET TALKED ABOUT IT, THE COUNCIL, I THINK IT'S PROBABLY GONNA BE WORTH LISTENING.

I MAY GO, I MAY GO, YOU KNOW, IF YOU NEED TO OUR NEXT COUNCIL BRIEFING.

SO WE WANNA PAY ATTENTION TO THE COUNCIL BRIEFING LAKE AWARE OF THOSE IS MAY 17TH.

AND SO THEY WILL BE DOING SOME, SOME DECENT BOND WORK AT THAT MEETING.

UM, AND THAT PACKET WILL COME OUT TOMORROW.

AND IF YOU WANT TO, UM, NOT THAT I WILL DO ANYTHING WITH THIS, BUT I MEAN WE CAN TALK TO COUNCIL MEETING IF WE NEED TO.

AND THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING, YOU'RE GONNA BE CHATTING ABOUT NUMBERS A LITTLE BIT.

SO, UM, THERE MAY BE SOME SPEAKERS ON FLOODED THERE MAY NOT.

UM, AND HOW UNFORTU IT'S AND THAT WE NEED MONEY.

SO JUST GENERAL OVERVIEW, DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT PAINTINGS? HOW THEY'RE GONNA BE RUN, WHEN YOU'RE GONNA GET STUFF? ANYBODY WANT THEIR NAMES? MANAGEMENT? I DON'T KNOW HOW HE ENDED UP WITH A SPIT ON THE HANDICAP .

WE'RE GONNA CALL.

ALL RIGHT, SO ED, WE'RE EDUARDO'S GONNA GIVE US, WE WE'VE, WE'VE APPROACHED THIS AS IF YOU'RE NOT EXPERTS IN BLOOD STUFF, UH, CAUSE I'M NOT EITHER.

UM, SO DETECTIVE, UH, MATT SUBMITTING PART OF OUR JOB IS TO, IS TO HELP YOU LEARN A LITTLE BIT ABOUT FLOOD.

SOME OF YOU ARCHITECT SAYS PROBABLY KNOW A LOT ABOUT THIS THAT WE'RE ASSUMING YOU DON'T.

SO IT'S OKAY TO ASK QUESTIONS IF MIGHT REVEAL YOUR LIFE OF KNOWLEDGE.

UM, SO WE'RE GONNA DO A QUICK PRESENTATION ON BLOOD AND ONE PRESENTATION IN THE BINDER.

READY.

[00:30:21]

ONCE AGAIN, MY NAME IS AND I'M THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF STORMWATER OPERATIONS SPEAKING ABOUT STONEBRIDGE.

NEXT WE'RE GONNA A LOT OF INFORMATION.

THE BIG SAFE PRESENTATION IS IN YOUR BINDER, SO YOU CAN ALWAYS GO BACK AND REFRESH, UH, ALL THIS INFORMATION THAT WE'RE GONNA BE PRESENTING TO YOU.

SO OUR, OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE SOME, UH, EDUCATION AND AND AWARENESS ABOUT STORMWATER OPERATIONS.

AND WITH THAT WE'RE GONNA START OUT WITH, UH, SOME YOU THE PURPOSE OF THIS INFORMATION, SOME BASIC, UH, CONCEPTS ABOUT STORMWATER FLOODING.

WE'RE GONNA BRING YOU BACK TO WHAT IS, UH, DRAINAGE WATERSHED FROM A TEXAS LEVEL PERSPECTIVE, AND THEN BRING IT DOWN TO DALLAS AND EXPLAIN, UH, OUR DRAINAGE, UH, SYSTEM THAT WE HAVE ON HAND.

HOW WE OPERATE OUR SYSTEM, UH, THE CHALLENGES THAT WE HAVE AND THE NEEDS.

SO WITH THIS PRESENTATION, ONE, MAKE SURE CLAIM, UH, VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR WHEN COMES CONTROL WATER FLOOD AND HOW IMPORTANT IT'S TO MANAGE THOSE COMPONENTS.

WE'RE GONNA, WE WANNA MAKE SURE WE UNDERSTAND THE FULL WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND HOW WE OPERATE OUR SYSTEM.

WE ALSO WANNA MAKE SURE THAT WE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS HEALTH AND SAFETY BENEFITS WHEN WE DELIVER, UH, FLOOD PREPARATION AND DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS.

AND WE'RE GONNA INTRODUCE PROJECT AND NEEDS AS WELL.

NEXT, WHAT IS STORM WATER? STORMWATER IS RUN UP FOR PRECIPITATION THAT BLOWS OVER CIRCUITOUSLY TO BRAIN SYSTEM.

OUR SYSTEM IS COMPOSED OF INDEX FIVE CHANNELS AND WATER IS VERY OUT TO RIVER.

THE WATER COLUMNS AND INGREDIENT SURFACES, UH, LIKE PAYMENT DON'T ALLOW STORM WATER TO SOLVE INTO RESOLVE FOR FLORIDA.

THAT HAS TO BE BY, I JUST WANTED QUICKLY READ THOSE TWO CONCEPT, BUT I WANNA EXPLAIN A LITTLE BIT BY LOOKING AT THE PICTURE ON HER RIGHT.

UM, YOU CAN SEE, UH, THE STRUCTURE IS A HOLES, RIGHT AND MAYBE CONCRETE DRIVEWAY AND THEN IT IS CONNECTED TO THE STREET.

BUT IF YOU CAN SEE AROUND, THERE'S GREEN SPACE.

SO WHAT WE WANNA CONVEY THIS SLIDE IS THE DIFFERENCE OR THE CONCEPT BEHIND, UH, RONALD AND IT REAR SURFACES.

SO WE COMPARE, UH, SOCCER FIELD WITH THE CONCRETE PART WHEN IT RAINS AND ALL THE WATER THAT FALLS OVER THE SOCCER FIELD, IT WILL ABSORB INTO THE GROUND AND IT WILL STORE IT.

WHEN IT COMES TO RAIN ON THE PARKING LOT, SINCE IT'S A HARD SURFACE, THE WATER CAN PENETRATE AND THAT'S WHAT WE REFER TO AS INTERIOR SURFACE.

AND ALL THAT WATER THAT CAN PENETRATE THE GROUND BECOMES A STORMWATER RUN.

SO WE GOT IN MIND WE NEED TO MEASURE STORMWATER RUN SO THAT WE CAN PREVENT FLOOD, PRODUCE THE EROSION AND PROTECT THE QUALITY OF WATER BOTTLES.

IF YOU CAN SEE ANOTHER PICTURE, YOU SEE THE WATER SIDE WATER OUT THE HOUSE FROM THE STREET AND THEN THE WATER COME IN IN THERE AND THERE'S ANOTHER GROUND SEEKING TO PULL THE WATER OUT OUT FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD INTO THE CREEK.

SO THAT'S THE RUN OF WATER THAT SURFACE SURFACES THAT IT HAS TO BE MANAGED TO PREVENT FLOODING.

NEXT SLIDE.

SO WHY DOES FLOODING OCCUR? GO, CAN WE GO BACK ONE MORE? THERE WE GO.

WHAT DOES FLOODING OCCUR? THERE'S DIFFERENT COMPONENTS OF FLOODING.

ONE OF 'EM IS RAINFALL.

IF IT'S SHRINK TOO FAR, A TWO FAT FAST, CHANCES ARE IT'S GONNA CREATE SOME BLOOD.

ANOTHER COMPONENT BLOOD INCREASE.

IF OUR UNDERGROUND HIGHLIGHT SYSTEM IS OBSTRUCTED, WATER CAN TROUBLE AND IT'S GONNA BE, UH, PUSHING THE WATER TO THE CIRCUIT.

IF OUR SYSTEM IS OTHERIZED AS WELL, IT GETS TOO SMALL AND IT GETS FULL OF WATER, HE CAN'T PUSH THE

[00:35:01]

WATER SO THE WATER WILL REV PREVENT FROM THE SURFACE.

SO THOSE ARE DIFFERENT COMPONENT TO THAT MIXED TOGETHER ON CONDITION.

SO THE MOST KIND OF REFORM THAT WE HAVE IN DALLAS IS ABOUT FLOOD CREATES STREET FLOOD AND HOUSE FLOOD.

IF YOU SEE THE PICTURE ON THE RIGHT, D 15 WAS TAKING US LONG TWO WEEKS AGO.

ADDITION, SEE THE WATER WAY TO THE WINDOWS.

SO WE'RE TALKING ABOUT THREE, THREE WATER.

AND THIS IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE A ON OR STREAM READER INCIDENT IS FLOODED THAT 22 WEEKS AGO.

SO SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND THAT PLUGGING CAN OCCUR ANYWHERE.

YOU DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO BE LIVING IN A CONSOLE IN A HYBRID RISK AREA TO PLUG.

WHY? BECAUSE THERE'S MANY, MANY COMPONENTS AFFECT FLOOD, YOU KNOW, THE BLOCK BLOCKAGES IN OUR SYSTEM.

UH, RAINFALL CONDITIONS.

NEXT SLIDE.

SO THIS PICTURE WAS TAKING NOT FAR FROM HERE I 30 LAST YEAR, AUGUST 22ND, WE HAD, UH, OF LAST YEAR.

WE HAVE A HISTORICAL RAINFALL EVENT THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE SINCE 1930S.

SO PARTS OF DALLAS RECEIVE UP TO BIG INITIAL BREAK.

SO IF YOU CAN STILL PICTURE ON THE LINE, WE HAVE TWO INDIVIDUALS SWIMMING AWAY FROM VEHICLES, TRY AND SAVE THEIR LIVES BETWEEN COUPLE OF MORE INDIVIDUALS FROM AND BEING BY AND, UH, FIRE.

SO WE, WE, UH, HUNDRED PROTECTION AND DRAINAGE.

WE HIT THEN THE INCIDENT AND SAVE THAT NEXT.

THERE WE GO.

YOU CAN SEE THE PICTURE OF THE LAB.

HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WERE RESCUED.

UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE HOSPITALITY REPORTED SIGNIFICANTLY AND PICTURE OF THE ARRIVAL SAYS EMERGENCY.

THIS LAST AUGUST, 2022 CREATED FLOOD CONDITIONS IN MANY DIFFERENT PARTS OF DALLAS.

NEXT ZERO CEMENTING WATER, THE BUSINESS IS FLOODED AND HOMES IN PARTICULAR THE UH, NEIGHBORHOOD ON STREET AND EL STREET, THEY GOT WATER FROM FOUR TO SIX FEET INSIDE THE HOLES.

SO WE, WITHOUT PREVENTION AND RANGE, WE CAN PREVENT THESE INCIDENTS AND PREVENT NOT ONLY SAVING LIFE, BUT PREVENT, UH, PROPERTY LOSS.

NEXT IN MORE PATIENTS, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TOO MANY OF THESE PICTURES WHERE RESIDENTS HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE BRAIN CONDITIONS.

YOU SEE THE FIRST PICTURE, THE ONE LEVEL GOES ABOUT TWO, THREE FEET IN THE BACKYARD, BACK AND FIELD IN 22 MEXICO.

SO NOW THAT WE TALK ABOUT STORMWATER, RUNOFFS IS FLOOD CONDITIONS AND WE SEE HOW THE IMPACT THAT WE CAN HAVE ON FLOODING THE BEACH.

I WANNA TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT DRAIN WATERS FROM A, FROM A BROADER PERSPECTIVE.

NEXT SLIDE.

SO WE'RE KEEPING BASED NUMBER EIGHT RIVER BANKS.

WE'RE ONE THREE PRINTS.

IT EXTENDS FROM MODEL ALL THE WAY TO THE DELTA METRIC.

SO IT'S APPROXIMATELY 6,000 SQUARE MILES ABOVE GALLONS.

SO THIS SEEMS LIKE THE LARGE DRAINAGE AREA THAT WE CALL A BASE.

NEXT SLIDE IF YOU WANNA GET CLOSER TO GALLONS, UH, IF YOU FEEL ALL RED, UH, SHADES, THOSE ARE INDIVIDUALS OF THE WATER SHAPES, WHICH ARE, YOU KNOW, SMALLER DRAIN.

UH, THE BLUE LINES REPRESENTATIVE, THE MAJOR STREAMS GOING FOR DOWN.

SO WE HAVE ANOTHER FOUR PREMIUM, THE POP AND THEN 11 HAVE THE TWICE MORE PREMIUM WHEN THEY MERGE THEY NEXT FOR.

SO EVENTUALLY ALL THE WATER THAT WE GET, DALLAS WILL THE STREAM.

NEXT SLIDE NEXT.

SO WITH THIS SLIDE OF THE DW UH, TORICAL INFORMATION, WHEN IT COMES TO URBAN SECTION DALLAS, UH, THE MAJORITY DRAINAGE NEEDS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH AREA DEVELOPED PRIOR TO CURRENT DRAINING STANDARDS.

SO WE CORRELATE UNITS.

UH, STANDARD IS A HUNDRED STANDARDS.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? HUNDRED VIEW STANDARDS MEANS THAT OUR DESIGN FOR DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE WILL BE CAPABLE OF SUSTAIN A HUNDRED YEARS OLD.

WHAT A HUNDRED HUNDRED USEFUL MEANS IS THAT WE HAVE A RATE, WE HAVE 1% PROBABILITY, THE THAT SIZE OF THE STORE INTEGRATION,

[00:40:02]

WE HAVE ABOUT PERCENT PROBABILITY OF CURRENTLY NET EVEN HERE.

SO THAT'S OUR CURRENT STANDARDS WHEN IT COMES TO DRAINING CONSTRUCTION.

AND WE GIVE, YOU HAVE THE REAR TEAM FIVE STOLEN THAT TO FE VERY.

SO NORMALLY WHAT WE CALL THE OPERATING RAINFALL CONDITIONS IN DALLAS, WE'RE LOOKING AT ABOUT A FIVE PAGES FAULT.

IF WE SEE THE MASTER, RIGHT IS THE, WE HAVE THE RENT OUTS REPRESENTATIVE IS INVENTORY DATABASE THAT WE HAVE THAT WE COME GET CALLS FROM RESIDENT REPORTING, FLOODING DRAINAGE ISSUES.

WE SEND OUR PAYMENT STUFF TO REVIEW, TO RANK AND DETERMINE THOSE UH, AREAS CAN ITS INVENTORY.

SO ALL THOSE REPRESENTATIVE, ITS INVENTORY THAT WE HAVE, THE GREEN REPRESENT THE STANDARDS THAT WE HAVE.

UH, WHEN WE, I INITIALLY STARTED DEVELOPING DALLAS AND WE SEVEN DONE UP IN FIVE YEARS MORE AND THEN THE LIGHT MOVE HUNDRED YEARS AND THE DOCUMENT HUNDRED.

SO WE DID, WHAT I LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT IS THAT 85% OF OUR INFRASTRUCTURE IS IZED AND MOST OF THAT INFRASTRUCTURE WAS BUILT IN THE 1930S, 1950S.

AND BACK THEN THE INFRASTRUCTURE WAS DESIGN INFRASTRUCTURE WAS, WAS CONSTRUCTED TO MEET THE CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS BACK DAY.

YOU THINK ABOUT IT, BACK IN 1930, WE HAD LARGE GREEN AREAS, SMALL, YOU KNOW, STRUCTURED AND NOW AS DEVELOPMENT MODERNIZED.

AND TODAY WE SEE LARGE STRUCTURES AND SMALL GREEN AREAS.

SO THEN KNOW THE ONE WHERE TO GO BUT TO REMAIN AND BECOME OUR PRODUCTS NEXT.

SO NOW THAT YOU KINDA SEE WHAT THE NEEDS ARE IN MAP, I'D LIKE TO JUST TO GIVE YOU A BRIEF, UH, DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WE HAVE ON HAND FROM A STORMWATER OPERATION.

WHAT IS OUR SYSTEM? AND JUST TO REMIND ME, OUR GOAL IS TO CONVEY WATER OF WATER FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD, BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL AREAS TO THE TRI.

AND HOW DO WE DO THAT? WE DO THAT THROUGH 1,908 MAJOR STATIONS, 661 MILES PREVIOUS CHANNELS, 39,000 ACRES OF PLATFORM SIX.

AND WE HAVE APPROXIMATELY 30 MILES OF DATA SYSTEM.

SO THAT'S OUR DRAIN SYSTEM THAT WE HAVE ON HAND AND WE OPERATE ON THE BASIS.

NEXT SLIDE.

OKAY, JUST RECAP THE COMPONENT COMPONENTS OF A BRAND SYSTEM.

WE COLLECT A CONTAINER PRODUCT OF THE BRAINSTORMS, WHICH THAT HELPS US PRODUCING THE REDUCE FLOODING THE INFRASTRUCTURE AND THE HIGH COMPONENTS.

WE WERE TALKING ABOUT LOCAL SYSTEM, BUT THE RUNOFF IS TRYING TO FIND LOW AREAS TO GET TO ONE BASE.

IT'S AN INLAND NEXT THING.

AND THEN EVENTUALLY WE'LL MAKE IT THROUGH OUR BIGGER SYSTEM, WHICH IS, UH, A ER PIPE UNDER THE ROAD.

WE CAN SEE THOSE ARE LARGER SYSTEMS THAT WE HAVE AND THEN EVENTUALLY DOT WATER WILL MAKE IT TO THE, AND THEN WE'LL MAKE IT TO THE PREMIER NEXT.

OKAY, SO A BIG SYSTEM.

WE HAVE BIG TEAM AND WE HAVE FOUR MEASURED FRAMEWORKS THAT WE HAVE TO, UH, OPERATE OUR SYSTEM NEXT.

OKAY, SO THE PROGRAM WE CURRENTLY HAVE APPROXIMATELY 250 50, UH, TEAM MEMBERS IN DIFFERENT AREAS, DIFFERENT CONDITIONS.

UH, THE BIRTH GROUP THAT WE HAVE, FLOOD OPERATIONS, THE NEIGHBORHOOD READY SERVICES, FLOOD MANAGEMENT IS HAPPEN FOR US.

ALL THESE FOUR ROOMS ARE FULLY REGULATED AND THEY ARE CONFIRMED TO STATEMENTS.

THERE ARE FEDERAL AGENCIES NEXT.

SO THE FIRST GROUP, WHAT OPERATION THEY'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR, WHAT CONTROL OPERATING THEY HAVE, UH, BLOOD CONTROL SCALE SYSTEM.

WE SEE THE PICTURE PICTURE ON THE LEFT.

WE HAVE, UH, COMPUTERIZED ROOM THAT IS CONNECTED TO THE MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE PUMP STATIONS, UH, FOR THE ROADWAY WIRING SYSTEM, INSTRUMENT TECHNIQUES.

SO THIS IS LIKE THE BRAIN OF THE INTERNAL, UH, FLOODWAY OPERATIONS.

SO HERE WE CAN IDENTIFY IF THERE'S ANYTHING, UH, THAT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY WITHIN OUR SYSTEM SO THAT WE CAN DISPATCH TECHNIC STAFF, ELECTRICIAN MECHANICS TO TAKE

[00:45:01]

CARE OF WHATEVER ISSUE THAT COMES UP DURING THE STORM EVENT OR BEFORE PRODUCT.

SO THIS GROUP, UH, PREPARES FOR STORES BEFORE THE MONITOR STORES DURING THE STORM AND AFTER NEXT FLOODWAY OPERATION, THIS ROOF BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN GAS FLOODWAY FLOODWAY DETENTION AMONG THE RIVERS.

THIS IS WHAT WE CALL THE INTERIOR DRAINING SYSTEM, WHICH IS THE GOALS OF EIGHT MAJOR PLANT STATIONS FOR THE AMOUNTS OF LEGACY SYSTEM.

AND IF YOU CAN SEE ON THE PICTURE, THE DALLAS DOWNTOWN WILL BE FLOOD ALL THE ADJACENT NEIGHBORHOODS.

SO THIS IS A CRITICAL ASPECT OF OUR OPERATION THAT WE COORDINATE IN WORK, HAND HAND WITH THE FOUR ENGINEERS.

NEXT, THIS IS, UH, MORE LIKE A BROADER PICTURE OF THE SAME AREA.

IF YOU CAN SEE THE UH, UH, THE YELLOW LINES REPRESENT THE TOP OF THE, THE LADIES AND HE FOLLOWS THE WESTPORT AND THE .

AND WHEN THEY MERGED TOGETHER, THAT'S WHAT WE KNOW AS A TREATED RIVER AND A LOT OF THE ALIGNMENT OF RIVER.

WE HAVE P STATION AND THE COLOR SHAPES THAT ARE ABOVE AND BELOW THE TRINITY RIVER, THOSE ARE SMALLER DRAINAGE AREAS.

SO ALL THE WATER IS COMING TO GO TO LARGE PUMP STATIONS AND THEN WE PUMP IT ABOUT THE LEVY AND PUT IT INSIDE THE TRINITY RIVER.

SO THAT KEEPS OUR SYSTEM SETTING TO KEEP OUR BOTH NEIGHBORHOODS SAFE.

AND CURRENTLY WE'RE WORKING HAND ON HAND WITH, UH, CORAL ENGINEERS FOR APPROXIMATELY, UH, I THINK WE HAVE 10 OR 12 DIFFERENT DESIGNING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS SO THAT WE CAN DELIVER ADDITIONAL FLOOD PROTECTION.

WE ARE EXTENDING, UH, THE CADILLAC TO THE SYSTEM TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FLOOD PROTECTION.

WE ARE ALSO BUILDING A NEW, UH, PUMP STATION, PRETTY IMPORTANT PUMP STATION.

SO WE'RE DOING A LOT OF WORK WITH ENGINEERS WITH OUR FEDERAL PARTNERS SO THAT WE CAN DELIVER THE BIG OF INFRASTRUCTURE THAT CAN BE READY TO RECEIVE ALL THE WATER FROM THE NEIGHBORHOODS.

SO WE THAT IN WHAT I'D LIKE THE BIG OF INFRASTRUCTURE THAT WE, FOR A SAFE DRAINING SYSTEM, WE HAVE IT IN PLACE, WHICH NEEDS TO CONNECT WITH THOSE NEIGHBORHOODS THAT ARE EXCHANGING FLOODING SO THAT WE CAN BREAK ALL THE WATER WE CAN OUT TO THIS AREA AND PUMP IT OVER THE NAVY AND PUT IN THE NEXT THE OTHER, WE HAVE NEGATIVE DRAINS.

IT IS A VERY CRITICAL TEAM THAT IS RESPONSIBLE TO INSPECT, MAINTAIN REPAIRS.

YOU WATCH SOME DETAILS AND , THEY RESPOND TO SERVICE FROM THE DAILY AND SYSTEM AND 20, SO ONLY HAVE CALLS ABOUT PLUMBING, ABOUT DRAINAGE BLOCKAGES.

THIS IS THE THING THAT IS GOING UP TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SPECIALIZED THAT WE HAVE TO TO, TO BE ABLE TO REESTABLISH SERVICE AND BE ABLE TO FLOOD.

THEY'RE ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT WE ARE OUR CLIENTS WITH THE CDFS 12 THROUGH C1.

OVER NEXT, THERE WE GO.

OKAY, SO THE NEXT GROUP WE HAVE, UH, IS CLUB CLAIM MANAGEMENT, PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTORS FOR DEVELOPMENT, LOCAL STATE BILL AND REGULATORY PLAN.

SO THIS WORK IS VERY CRITICAL TO ENSURE THAT WE MAINTAIN OUR FLOOD PLAIN AREAS AS MUCH AS NATURAL AS POSSIBLE.

THESE ARE, THESE ARE, UH, THESE HELP US TO STORE, UH, RUN UP FROM RAINFALL CONDITIONS.

THEY'RE ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN THE NEEDS IN FEBRUARY.

THEY ARE SOME OF THE, THEY DO SOME OF THE, HE WORK TO REVIEW, ASSESS THE NEEDS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE.

THEY ALSO MANAGE THE CITY DALLAS PARTICIPATION OF THE NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM.

THIS IS, UH, A, A PARTICIPATION PROGRAM THAT WE HAVE WITH FEMA IN WHICH WE ARE CLASSIFIED GRADE FOUR, WHICH REPRESENTS, UH, UH, DISCOUNT ON FLOOD INSURANCE POLICY TO OUR RESIDENTS.

WE ARE THE ONLY IN TEXAS WITH CLASS FOUR RATING AND WE ARE THE NUMBER THREE IN THE NATION.

SO AS, UH, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1ST, WE'RE GONNA BE RATING NUMBER THREE, WHICH

[00:50:01]

IS AN ADDITIONAL 5% AND 10% DISCOUNT ON POLICIES.

SO LAST SUMMER STEPHEN REPRESENTED AN ESCAPE STUDENT CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER TO RECOGNIZE FOR SHIPMENT.

NEXT HAVE 39,000 ACRES, SIX LIGHT, 35 INSURANCE POLICIES THAT WE HAVE RECORD 62 OF LOST PROPERTIES TO 30,000 A AND FLOOD LETTERS ARE EMAILED OUT EVERY YEAR.

NEXT.

OKAY, THE FOURTH GROUP THAT WE HAVE IS TOPIC IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.

THE PURPOSE AND BENEFIT IS TO PROVIDE PROPERTY LOSS PREVENTION, BUT RESPONSE, COST REDUCTION, AGING, TIVE CONSTRUCTION.

SO THIS GROUP IS RESPONSIBLE ONCE, ONCE THE PROJECT, UH, BECOMES A REAL PROJECT AND ADVANCE FROM THE NEEDS INVENTORY TO THE CAPITAL PROGRAM TO THIS ROOF.

THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE, UH, DESIGN INFRASTRUCTION PROCURE, AND THEY WORK WITH THE CONSULTANT, THE CONTRACTORS TO ENSURE THAT WE DELIVER, THEY DELIVER, UH, THE DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE TO, TO OUR STANDARDS.

I'D LIKE TO ALSO, UH, MENTION THAT THEY, THESE, THESE PROJECTS ARE FUNDED BY STONEWATER AND WATER PARTNERS AND THE CATEGORIES THAT MAC WAS MENTIONED EARLIER WAS THAT THE PROJECTS DIVIDED THREE CATEGORIES, FLOOD MANAGEMENT, STONE DRAIN COMPLEX.

THESE FOUR GROUPS ARE, UH, IN COMPLIANCE WITH OUR FEDERAL, STATE, UH, AGENCIES.

UH, WE ALSO GET OBLIGATED BY P D ON A REGULAR BASIS.

AND ALSO WE GET INSPECTIONS FROM PC U AND THE ARMY FORM ENGINEERS FROM THE LEV SYSTEM.

AND, AND IF THERE'S ANY NEED FOR, UH, MAINTEN REPAIR IMPROVEMENTS, WE WILL HAND THEM THE DONATION TO ENSURE THAT WE DO THE RIGHT.

LET'S, LET'S, OKAY, SO NOW PICKING ONE, DIVING INTO THE NEEDS INVENTORY AND GO BACK SLIDE.

YOU CAN SEE IN THIS GRAPH AND THIS HIGH CHART, WE'RE CURRENTLY SITTING ON THE 2.5 BILLION OF LEASE.

THAT'S OUR .

IF YOU CAN SEE THE BREAKDOWN.

WE GOT FLOOD MANAGEMENT, 1.3 BILLION STORM DRAINAGE RELIEF, 1.5 AND EROSION CONTROL 72.8.

NEXT.

SO THESE ARE JUST OF THE THREE CATEGOR, THE THREE PROJECT CATEGORIES THAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT.

THE VIRTUAL SLOT MANAGEMENT PROJECT, THIS WOULD BE A CHANNEL UPGRADE TO PROVIDE MORE CAPACITY.

UH, IT COULD BE ALSO, UH, STREET PUMP STATION TO CONVEY RUNOFF TO, UH, CREATES CHANNELS.

IN THIS PARTICULAR EXAMPLE, WE HAVE A CHANNEL, UH, AND CONDITION AS A CONSTRUCTION IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF THESE ACCIDENT PICTURE BELOW THEY HAVE A MAJOR STORM DURING CONSTRUCTION.

FORTUNATELY THEY HAD CONSTRUCTED MOST OF IT AND PROVIDED PROTECTION TO PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO.

SO THE FINAL PRODUCT ON THE RIGHT AND THAT'S THE CONSTRUCTION 20.

NEXT QUESTION THAT PROPERTY OWNER DOES, WHERE IS THAT STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM? IS THAT AN EASEMENT ON THEIR PROPERTY? DOES A PROPERTY DOWN GO IN THE MIDDLE OF THAT OR IS THE CITY ON THAT PROPERTY? NORMALLY? IT, IT IS, IT, IT VARIES DEPENDING ON THE AREA, BUT MOST, MOST AREAS, UH, THEY HAVE, WE EITHER HAVE EASEMENTS OR THE PROPERTY OWNER AND THEY OWN THAT DRIVER.

SO IT BELONGS THE PROPERTY NEXT.

THAT'S IT.

OKAY, SO STOCK CREDIT PROJECT AND THIS PARTICULAR TYPE OF, UH, PROJECT, IT IS AN TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL, UH, CAPACITY TO WHAT WE CALL A RELIEF PLAN.

MAYBE THE FIVE IS TOO SMALL AND IT BACKING UP AND CREATE FLOOD ISSUES.

AND YOU KNOW, WHEN WE DON'T HAVE THE, WHEN HAVE THE PROPER MATERIAL OR THERE'S A STRUCTURAL DEFECT AND IT IS REGULAR, CERTAIN CHARGE CHART IS SIZE SMALL GONNA, CHANCES ARE, IS GONNA COLLAPSE WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS PROJECT AND THE AIR RESULT WAS AN UPSIDE GOING 60 INCHES TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL OF THE NEXT.

AND THIS IS THE LAST, UH, THIRD CATEGORY CONTROLS.

YOU

[00:55:01]

CAN SEE THE CREEK, UH, IT'S UH, YOU CREEK INTERROGATE AND BY DOING A NEW GATE CONSTRUCTION PROVIDING, UH, PROTECTION TO THE DESTRUCTION THAT IS, YOU KNOW, RIGHT ADJACENT CREEK.

SO THESE ARE THE BIG THAT WE HAVE AND I THINK THIS CONCLUDES THE PRESENTATION.

WE CAN GO, YEAH.

AWESOME.

THANK YOU.

THAT WAS WONDERFUL.

WHAT I'M, YOU LOOK AT, YES, WE HAVE A TECHNICAL TO REVIEW, UH, EROSION CONTROL CALLS OR CONCERNS AND WE SEND THEM, UH, TO THE CRANE TO TAKE TO THE, THE RATING PROCESS OF THE ASSESSMENT AND IF THE AREA MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE NEXT INVENTORY AND IT WILL GET ADDED TO THE LEASE.

AND AS PART OF THE, THE EROSION CONTROL, UH, PROGRAM, UH, THOSE ARE FUNDED BY THE BOND PROGRAM.

THERE'S, UH, UM, WHAT DO YOU SAY THAT AN ORDINANCE 1985 IN WHICH WAS STATED THAT WE COULD USE BOND, UH, FUNDING FOR, UH, ALLEVIATING THOSE DRAINAGE ISSUES AS YES, THERE'S THE CENTER PROJECTS THAT ARE, IS IS THE CATEGORY THREE.

SO YOU'RE GONNA BE REVIEWING SOME OF THOSE, UH, UH, THAT CATEGORY PROJECTS APPROACH.

I'M SHARE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? UH, NO QUESTIONS.

SO SEE WE GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS AND UH, THE BONDS VOTED ON IN MAY.

WHAT'S THE, THE TIMELINE WHEN THE PROJECTS START BEING STARTED? SPECIFICALLY EROSION COAL PROJECTS.

WE'VE GOT PROPERTIES IN EAST DALLAS THAT ARE, I MEAN THEY'RE WITHIN TWO YEARS OF PROBABLY LOSING HOMES AND THE CREEK.

IT'S, IT'S THAT BAD.

YES.

AND SO WHAT'S THE TIME ON WHEN WE'RE GONNA START, WHEN PROJECTS WILL START GETTING CONSTRUCTED? SO FROM A BOND, I'M GETTING VERY, VERY HIGH LEVEL, RIGHT? SO THE IMPORTANT PART IS TO GET ALL THIS WORK DONE AND THEN THE COUNCIL WOULD CALL FOR AN ELECTION IN THE FEBRUARY TIMEFRAME TO, TO HAVE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF DAYS HIGH LONG, THEN WE WOULD HAVE THE VOTERS VOTE.

THAT'S PART OF WHAT YOU GUYS ARE GONNA NEED TO HELP TO DO IS MAKE SURE PEOPLE VOTE NEW CROPS RIGHT? ONCE THOSE ARE DONE, TYPICALLY YOU'RE GONNA LOOK AT A YEAR TO A YEAR AND A HALF ON DESIGN TONIGHT THE CITY CAN TYPICALLY ONLY DO ABOUT 150 MILLION A YEAR, RIGHT? IT'S ABOUT HOW THAT WE CAN TAKE ANNUALLY.

SO IT WILL STACK IN PROJECTS THAT ARE READY TO GO.

IF THERE'S ALREADY SOMETHING DESIGNED, IT'LL LOOP UP THAT.

BUT SOMEWHERE IN THE ORDER OF A YEAR TO YEAR DESIGN, YEAR TO YEAR AND A HALF CONSTRUCT.

SO YOU COULD BE FOUR YEARS OUT IF THERE'S A PURCHASE ONE ON THE BOND PROGRAM.

AND WE USUALLY TAKE ABOUT FIVE TO SIX YEARS TO INFLUENCE.

I GUESS ONE OF THAT QUESTION, I LOOKED AT THE 2017 PHONE WEBSITE A LOT.

AND IF YOU GO THROUGH ANY OF THE PROJECTS, YOU'LL SEE A LOT OF STUFF THAT'S JUST LIKE IN DESIGN OR LIKE, YOU KNOW, I, AND LIKE I DON'T QUITE UNDERSTAND HOW A PROJECT GOES FROM EVEN AT LIKE SAY IT'S SLATED FOR LIKE, I DUNNO, 2019.

UM, I MEAN I'LL LOOK AT A PROJECT IN, I LIVE DOWNTOWN SO I'LL SEE IT DOWNTOWN STREET, BUT I WANT GET IT, BUT IT'LL JUST SAY LIKE DESIGN ELEMENT AND IT THE LAST 18 MONTHS AND IT HAS SOME NUMBER BY IT IN A PROJECT REP.

LIKE HOW, HOW, HOW DO THE PROJECTS ACTUALLY GET MOVED THROUGH THE BOND OFFICE? DO Y'ALL WANNA KNOW Y'ALL MUCH TIME? DO WE WANNA ADD THAT STORY LIST ON HOW THEY KIND, HOW TO READ THE BOND WEBSITE AND WHERE WE ARE AND THEN MATT CAN TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHERE THEY COME IN AND IN THE NEXT GROUP OF PRESENTATIONS.

YEAH, I CAN TALK ABOUT THAT A LITTLE MORE OUR NEXT PRESENTATION, BUT UM, FIRST OF ALL, LIKE SARAH MENTIONED, SOME OF THE CONNECTIVITY BETWEEN THE WEBSITE ESPECIALLY NOW IS NOT ALWAYS UP TO DATE.

SO, UH, BUT THE OTHER THING IS THERE ARE A LOT OF, YOU KNOW, WHEN WE TALK ABOUT EROSION CONTROL, THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS TO CONSIDER BECAUSE THOSE ARE PROJECTS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WHICH TYPICALLY ONLY BENEFIT ONE OR TWO PEOPLE.

OKAY? AND SO SINCE THEY'RE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, WE HAVE TO GET EASEMENTS, OKAY? AND SINCE THEY'RE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, THE, THE NATURE OF THE PROGRAM IS THE RESIDENT HAS TO GRANT EASEMENTS.

SOMETIMES THEY DON'T WANNA GRANT US TO EASEMENT.

UM, SO THAT THAT DELAYS A LOT OF PROJECTS.

OTHER TIMES WE EACH JUST NEED EASEMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT.

UH, EDUARDO SHOWED THE, AN EXAMPLE OF THE CHANNEL WIDE, WELL PEOPLE HAVE BUILT UP TO THE CHANNEL.

SO IN ORDER TO WIDEN THE CHANNEL, SOMETIMES WE, SOMETIMES WE CAN DEEPEN IT BUT SOMETIMES WE GET TO WIDEN.

SO A LOT OF TIMES EASEMENTS AND THINGS LIKE THAT HOLD UP PROJECTS.

SO THERE, THOSE ARE JUST SOME OF THE REASONS WHAT WE CAN TALK A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT IT AS WELL, UH, IN OUR FUTURE MEETINGS.

SO WHAT WE'RE GONNA DO TONIGHT JUST TO WRAP UP, UM, IS WE'VE GOT ONE OTHER TOPIC AND THAT'S

[01:00:01]

OUR TOUR.

SO IN YOUR NOTEBOOK, UH, BEHIND ONE OF THE TABS TOWARDS THE BACKSIDE AND THERE'S A TAB ON MAY 20TH, 2023 TOUR.

SO WE'VE GOT THE SET UP, WE REALLY WANT TO KNOW PREFERABLY TONIGHT, BUT YOU KNOW, YOU CANNOT BE THERE.

UM, BECAUSE THERE'S SPENT SOME PLANNING TIED UP WITH THIS TOUR.

IT IS ON A SATURDAY BY DESIGN, SO TRY TO PLAN FOR NINE TO ONE.

WE'LL HAVE FOOD, WE'RE ALWAYS GONNA HAVE FOOD.

UM, WE'LL TRY TO HAVE FUN.

I'M SURE IT SHOULD.

WATER EXPECTATION FLOODING AND ACTUALLY FLOOD.

OBJECTION FINE.

INTERESTING.

UM, SO WE'RE GONNA GO AND LOOK AT ALL KINDS COOL STUFF AND MATT'S JUST GONNA WALK US JUST THROUGH QUICK, QUICK HIGH LEVEL ON THE POOL STUFF YOU'RE GONNA GET TO SEE AND DO.

YEAH, SO IF YOU LOOK IN THE VERY, ALMOST THE VERY BACK OF YOUR BINDER BEHIND THERE'S A 20 23 2, OKAY, SO THERE'S A LITTLE TWO OR PACKAGE OF THE SITE WE'RE GONNA VISIT, OKAY? AND THEN IT'S A COUPLE OF THE SITES.

THEN WE HAVE LIKE A MAP SHOWING THE ORDER, WHICH WE'RE GONNA GO.

SO WE'RE GONNA TRY TO GET OUT AND GET BACK BY ONE O'CLOCK AS I MENTIONED.

WE WILL HAVE SOME UH, THE LIGHT, UH, BREAKFAST TYPE FOODS, UH, INITIAL OUTSET WE MEET AT THE STORMWATER OPERATIONS FACILITY IN URBAN BOULEVARD.

UH, AND THEN ONCE WE HEAD OUT FROM THERE, WHEN WE GET ON THE BUS, WE'LL HAVE SOME, SOME VERY SMALL LIGHT SNACKS, WATER AND TRAIL MIX KIND OF STUFF.

SO, UM, UH, AND THERE'S A FEW PICTURES UP HERE.

YOU KNOW, WE'RE GONNA START AT THE OPERATIONS CENTER AND THEN I INCLUDED SOME, SOME BROCHURE INFORMATION ON THE NAVAL PUMP STATION, WHICH WILL BE OUR, OUR FIRST MAJOR VISIT.

THE WARD PUMP STATION.

EDUARDO MENTIONED IT'S UH, ONE OF THOSE LARGE PUMP STATIONS THAT WE'VE BUILT SO THAT WE CAN TAKE THE WATER FROM THE ANTERIOR IN DALLAS TO GET IT PUMPED OVER TO LEVY.

THAT'S GONNA BE A VERY INTERESTING, UH, THING TO SEE.

DO WE HAVE THE MILL CREEK TUNNEL? TUNNEL? UH, WHAT'S THE GREEN PROJECT WE'RE DOING NOW TO ALLEVIATE A LOT OF FLOODING FROM DOWNTOWN, JUST AREA JUST NORTH EAST OF DOWNTOWN.

SO LOT OF YOUR FAIR PARK, BAYLOR HOSPITAL, THAT AREA.

UM, PROBABLY GOT ABOUT A YEAR, HALF, TWO YEARS LEFT CONSTRUCTION AND IT'S GONNA HAVE SIGNIFICANT IMPACT.

SO WE'LL GO TO TAKE YOU DOWN THERE AND DEEPER INTO THE TUNNEL, UH, BIGGER THAN THE SIDES OF THE ROOM WE'RE GOING DOWN.

OKAY, ANYBODY HAS A PROBLEM CARRY STUFF.

SO WE'RE GONNA GO DOWN AND DEEP DOWN THE DIRT AND LOOK AT THIS BIG OLD TUNNEL.

SO WE HAVE TONS OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT AND CONVICTION FAIR.

AND SO, SO FROM THERE WE'LL GO TO A COUPLE EXAMPLE PROJECTS AND EROSION CONTROL SITE WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE NEED FOR THE EROSION CONTROL AND GENERAL VICINITY.

YOU HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE ROADS CONTROL PROJECT SO YOU GET A GRASP OF HOW THOSE AREAS AFFECT THE, THE RESIDENTS.

UM, AND THEN WE'LL, WE'LL FOLLOW UP LAST THE STORM DRAINS INSTALLATION PROJECT, WHICH IS ALMOST MATTER TO OUR STORMWATER OPERAT.

SO WE'LL, WE'LL LEAVE FROM THE STORMWATER OPERATOR HERE BACK UP THERE AROUND ONE O'CLOCK.

SO, UH, WE'RE GONNA START AT NINE O'CLOCK.

SO, UM, WE'VE GOT A TIGHT SCHEDULE, SO, SO PLEASE IF YOU CAN BE A LITTLE EARLY MINUTES EARLY SO WE CAN GET STARTED.

SO THAT'S GONNA BE OUR NEXT SCHEDULE.

DID YOU TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF TO QUALIFY TONIGHT? GONNA REVISIT.

OKAY, SO, UM, WE'LL GO TO THE TOUR.

IT'LL BE ON THE 25TH, SO I THINK THAT'LL US WHERE WE NEED TO GO.

ANYBODY NEEDS ANYTHING FROM MAIL EYE CONTACT INFORMATION AND MY CELL PHONE TEXT IS FINE.

UM, WE CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH WE FORMAT, BUT I THINK WE'RE DONE FOR TONIGHT.

I HAVE TO GO BACK OUT TO THE TASK FORCE FOR MATT AND JUST TELL 'EM WHAT WE DID.

YOU'RE WELCOME TO GO TO THAT, WHICH SURE, IT'S GONNA BE SUPER INTERESTING.

GONNA BE A BUNCH OF CHAIRS TELLING US WHAT THEY DID.

ONLY WE HAVE HANDOUTS CAUSE OUR STAFF IS THE BEST.

SO WE'RE GONNA ADDRESS, WE JUST WANNA MAKE SURE EIGHT IS THE BEST ONE.

YES, SIR.

WHERE DID YOU SAY YOU WERE GONNA MEET? WHERE? WHERE IT'S 2245 BOULEVARD BUILDING OPERATIONS.

IT'S TALKING NUMBER ONE CHART.

IT'S CLOSE TO.

OKAY.

IF THERE'S NOTHING ELSE, WE'RE GONNA GO AHEAD AND.
