NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. SO OUR INTERAGENCY INITIATIVES PROGRESS REPORT, WE'VE BEEN WORKING DILIGENTLY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS. AND WE ARE FOR SURE HAPPY WITH THE COORDINATION THAT WE'VE HAD WITH DEPARTMENTS.
SO WITH DPD, JUST A FOR INSTANCE, SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS AND OUTREACH AND SUMMER INITIATIVES.
SO AS SOMETIMES WHEN WE'RE HAVING SOME CHALLENGES IN THE PARK, WE MAY ASK DPD FOR SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS WHERE WE PUT OFF DUTY OFFICERS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS TO HELP US WITH CHALLENGES THAT WE'RE HAVING OUTREACH WITH THEM.
WE DO A LOT OF THINGS WITH THEM. SO QUARTERLY, WE'RE MEETING WITH THEM.
SO 50 MEETINGS AND SO THAT MEANS THAT WE ARE MEETING WITH THOSE REGIONAL TEAMS. AND SO WE'RE ENSURING THAT THEY KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE RECREATION CENTERS AS WELL AS THE PARKS, AND ANYWHERE THAT WE'RE HAVING INCIDENTS OR WHERE WE NEED HELP AND ADDITIONAL PATROL AND SO YOU CAN SEE OUR NUMBERS THAT WE'VE HAD, OF COURSE, IN 24, 25, THOSE NUMBERS ARE GOING UP AS WE SPEAK BECAUSE WE'RE MEETING MONTHLY WITH THEM AND SO, YOU KNOW, AS RESULTS AND OUTCOMES, WE'RE, YOU KNOW, MANAGING STRATEGIES AND DEVELOPING ACTION PLANS.
OKAY. CODE COMPLIANCE. THAT'S ANOTHER GROUP THAT WE WORK WITH.
SO THEY'VE HELPED US WITH INSTALLATION OF ILLEGAL DUMPING SIGNAGE AND CAMERAS.
WE ALSO HAVE AN INITIATIVE WITH KEEP DALLAS BEAUTIFUL.
WE'VE HAD EVENTS WITH CODE, WHEREAS WE MEET IN THE PARK COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE COMING TO THE PARK TO GET RID OF TRASH, TO GET RID OF PAINT, TO GET RID OF ALL KINDS OF THINGS THAT MAKE A CLEAN AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SO THAT INITIATIVE IS ONGOING, AND WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO LEVERAGE 12 PARK NEIGHBORHOODS BY PROMOTING CLEAN AND SAFE COMMUNITIES AND PARKS.
SO THAT'S BEEN REALLY HELPFUL WITH CODE. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE.
OF COURSE WE COLLABORATE WITH OFFICE OF HOMELESS SOLUTIONS.
THEY'VE HELPED US WITH OUTREACH AS IT RELATES TO ONGOING UNSHELTERED AT OUR PARKS.
THEY'VE PROVIDED TRAINING AS TO HOW THE ESCALATING ISSUES WITH OUR STAFF MEMBERS.
AND YOU CAN SEE SOME OF THOSE SITES THAT WE HAVE ON HERE AS IT RELATES TO DECOMMISSIONED SITES.
AND SO WE'RE HOPING TO FOR SURE REQUEST MORE SITES, BE DECOMMISSIONED AS THEY MEET THE CRITERIA.

WE'VE HAD INITIATIVES AT CERTAIN PARK LOCATIONS BECAUSE WE'RE SEEING THAT WE COULD HAVE OVERNIGHT CARS, YOU KNOW, AT THE RECREATION CENTERS OF WHICH WE DO NOT WANT.AND THIS HAS DEFINITELY DECREASED. THESE CHALLENGES THAT WE'VE HAD WITH UNATTENDED PARK PARKING.
AND SO WE'VE HAD SOME PARTICULAR SITES THAT WE'VE HAD CHALLENGES WITH AND THEY HAVE CREATED, LIKE WHAT YOU SAY, A SWEEP OVER SO MANY DAYS OR WEEKS AS TO HOW WE RESPOND TO ILLEGAL PARKING.
NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. SO COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. THIS IS A BIG PIECE OF OUR KEEPING OUR PARKS SAFE AND WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE GROWING ENTHUSIASM AND SUPPORT AROUND MAINTAINING THE SAFE PARKS.
OF COURSE, WE CAN'T POLICE ALL OF OUR PARKS. OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE ENGAGEMENT AS IT RELATES TO THE COMMUNITY AND DPD AND ALL OUR NEIGHBORHOODS. SO VOLUNTEERS AND PATROL OUR PARK RANGERS AND STAFF THEY'RE SPEAKING WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
AS FAR AS HOW THEY KEEP THOSE PARKS SAFE AND SO SWISS AVENUE HAS BEEN A GREAT PARTNER WITH US AS IT RELATES TO THOSE COMMUNITY MEMBERS, THOSE NEIGHBORHOOD MEMBERS GETTING TRAINED AS TO WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN ORDER TO KEEP PARKS SAFE.
THE MPO OFFICERS WITH DPD, YOU KNOW, WE'RE DOING THOSE MONTHLY CRIME MEETINGS AND THEY'RE COMING TO OUR MEETINGS THAT WE'RE HAVING WITH COMMUNITIES TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COMMUNITY ALSO KNOWS WHO THEIR MPO OFFICERS ARE.
SO THIS HAS BEEN REALLY HELPFUL IN DECREASING ILLICIT ACTIVITY.
WE HAD OVER AT CIVIC GARDEN, WE'VE HAD SOME MAJOR CHALLENGES DOWNTOWN, VALLEY VIEW AND MILDRED DUNN.
THOSE ARE SOME SPECIFIC LOCATIONS THAT WE'VE WORKED IN DEPTH WITH THOSE MPO OFFICERS.
NEXT SLIDE. SO OUR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT CONTINUES AND WHAT WE HAVE IS WHAT WE CALL COMMUNITY CONNECTORS AND THOSE ARE OUR LIAISONS THAT WORK WITH OUR BEAUTIFICATION GROUPS, OUR NEIGHBORHOOD GROUPS.
WE MAINTAIN OVER 150 BEAUTIFICATION AGREEMENTS WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
AND THIS REALLY HELPS IN ESCALATES PARTICIPATION IN THE PARK.
WHEREAS WE THINK FOR SURE THE MORE PEOPLE WE HAVE IN THE PARK DOING THE RIGHT THING IN THE PARK, OF COURSE, IT CREATES A SAFER SPACE AND SO WE HAVE TARGETED EVENTS THAT WE TRY AND MAKE SURE WE CAPTURE COMMUNITY MEMBERS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS WHERE WE ARE HAVING CHALLENGES AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY GET ENGAGED WITH THEIR PARK AND THAT'S BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL WITH SOME LOCATIONS.
AND SO PARK RANGER EVENT AND PROGRAM SUPPORT.
OUR PARK RANGERS ARE DOING MORE PROGRAMING AS WELL AS, YOU KNOW, ENRICHMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY.
YOU KNOW, JUST EVEN WORKING WITH THE YOUTH IN THE COMMUNITY AND MAKING SURE THEY UNDERSTAND, WE GOT TO KEEP THE PARK CLEAN, CLEAN AND SAFE.
SO IN FY 25 SO FAR. THIS MEANS THAT WHEN YOU SEE THAT YEAR TO DATE 21,000, THAT IS POINT OF ENGAGEMENT THAT THE WE'VE HAD A RANGER HAD COMMUNICATION TOUCH WITH A COMMUNITY MEMBER OR A PATRON IN THE PARK SYSTEM. AND SO YOU CAN SEE IN FY 24 THERE WERE 67,000 TOUCH POINTS WITH OUR RANGERS.
THEY CAN TELL THEM WHAT'S GOING ON. THEY CREATE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEM AND THAT'S GOING QUITE WELL.
NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. SO WE JUST WANTED TO KIND OF CAPTURE SOME OF THE ACTION PLAN.
SO WHEN WE DO HAVE CHALLENGES WE WORK WITH OUR OTHER GROUPS, OUR INTERAGENCY GROUPS.
OVER AT KATY JACKSON, WE WERE HAVING WE HAD ISSUES BECAUSE THERE WAS LIMITED LIGHTING, A LOT OF BRUSH, OVERCROWDING, PARKING. THEY WERE DOING SOME PARTIES THAT WERE ON THE WEEKENDS AND THINGS LIKE THAT. WE WORKED WITH THE PARK BOARD MEMBER, THE CITY COUNCIL MEMBER, AND SO WE INCREASED LAW ENFORCEMENT PRESENCE, MET WITH THE POLICE.
WE INSTALLED SECURITY CAMERAS AT THE TRAILHEAD INSTALLED LOOP, TRAIL LIGHTING.
WE TOLD CARS AND TRIED TO MAKE SURE THAT THOSE CARS WEREN'T THERE OVERNIGHT.
WE CREATED A SCHEDULE, YOU KNOW, WITH THE POLICE, WITH THE RANGERS, WITH THE MARSHALS, WHEREAS EVERYONE WAS WORKING IN UNISON AND IN SYNERGY AS TO WHEN WE WILL BE RESPONDING. SO ALL TIMES OF THE DAY, IN THE EVENING YOU WILL SEE A PRESENCE THERE.

42 VEHICLES IMPOUNDED. AND THIS WAS A NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENT TO THAT PARTICULAR AREA.AND OUR GOAL IS NOT TO JUST TICKET EVERYONE, BUT OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE AT THE PARK ARE NOT DOING MISCHIEVOUS THINGS AND IF YOU ARE, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T CONTINUE TO DO THAT AND WE'RE GOING TO TAKE ACTION SO THAT YOU WANT.
NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. SO OUR ACTION PLAN WITH VALLEY VIEW AND THIS WAS A HUGE A WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY FOR US AND FOR THAT COMMUNITY. THEY REALLY GOT ORGANIZED AT VALLEY VIEW.
YOU KNOW THIS IS A SOFT SURFACE TRAIL, BUT IT HAS SO MUCH BRUSH AND WE HAD ENCAMPMENTS AND UNSHELTERED THAT WERE LIVING AND JUST STAYING IN THOSE PARTICULAR PARKS WOULD REALLY CREATE AN UNSAFE SAFE ENVIRONMENT WHERE PEOPLE WANT TO USE THAT TRAIL AND SO WE DID SOME OF THE SAME KINDS OF THINGS, BUT WE ALSO REMOVED WORK WITH OUR DISTRICT SIX MAINTENANCE STAFF TO REMOVE, PREVENT AND CREATE A, YOU KNOW, SIGHT LINES AND HIGH VISIBILITY. WE COLLABORATED WITH THOSE FRIENDS WITH THE MAINTENANCE DISTRICTS AND THE CONSERVATION TEAMS, WORKED ON EDUCATION, WORKED ON SIGNAGE. WE ADDRESSED LITTER AND DEBRIS, AND IT REALLY CREATED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THAT COMMUNITY OF WHICH THEY LOVE.
WE WERE ABLE TO GET SOME REALLY GOOD PUBLICITY WITH THE NEWS, AND THESE ARE SOME OF THE OUTCOMES THAT YOU'LL SEE AS FAR AS THE ARREST INCREASED PARK USERS. AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL EVENT ON A SATURDAY MORNING WITH A BEAUTIFUL DAY AND THE COMMUNITY WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF OUR VALLEY VIEW PARK INITIATIVE AND ACTION PLAN. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. SO WILLIAM BLAIR, WE'VE HAD CHALLENGES FOR US GOING BACK DATING SOME YEARS AS TO ESPECIALLY WITH LITTER AT THAT LOCATION, LITTER AND JUST SOME ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND SO WE WERE ABLE TO AS FAR AS EVEN THE PARK DEPARTMENT REALLY INCREASE OUR LITTER SCHEDULE, WHICH REALLY HELPED AND THEN I THINK ONCE WE DID BETTER WHAT WE SAW THAT THE COMMUNITY WOULD DO BETTER.
YOU KNOW, YOU GET TO THE PARK, THE PARK IS CLEAN AND SO I THINK THE COMMUNITY WAS REALLY ENJOYING THAT AND THEY STARTED DOING BETTER AS FAR AS THE USERS AND WE STARTED SEEING A VERY CLEAN PARK THAT HAS REALLY CHANGED OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS.
JUST CREATING SOME CAMARADERIE AND CAMARADERIE WITH THE FAMILY AND THE COMMUNITY AND SEEING POLICE AND DPD POLICE OUT THERE AND THE MARSHALS AND THE RANGERS ENGAGING WITH THE COMMUNITY. WE'RE NOT HERE TO POLICE. WE'RE A PART AND WE'RE AN EXTENSION OF YOUR SAFETY, AND WE WANT TO BE THERE WITH YOU. SO OF COURSE WE DID REST AND WE SAW A NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENT.
TO THE PARK USERS AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME.
[INAUDIBLE] IS SOMETHING THAT WE'VE CREATED, YOU KNOW, ANNUALLY THAT WE WANT TO DO AND HAVE MORE EVENTS OUT THERE. WE WORK WITH THE CONGRESSWOMAN, YOU KNOW, WITH PHISH EVENTS OUT THERE. SO WE JUST WANT TO HAVE MORE ORGANIZED ACTIVITIES THAT WILL HELP WITH THE CONTINUED CONTINUED THIS, YOU KNOW, EXPERIENCE FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL PARK EXPERIENCE AT WILLIAM BLAIR.

WE WORK WITH NANCY LIEBERMAN IN INSTALLING A NEW BASKETBALL COURT.
WE WERE HAVING CHALLENGES THERE, CHALLENGES WITH THE TRAIL, AND WE WORKED WITH POLICE AND OUR FACILITIES DEPARTMENT CAME IN AND INSTALLED AMENITIES, BUT WE DEFINITELY INCREASED AND UPGRADED THE SECURITY LIGHTING.
YOU KNOW, SOME AREAS STILL CONTINUE TO BE A CHALLENGE. IT'S NOT TO SAY THAT, YOU KNOW, EVERY PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED, BUT WHAT WE HAVE SEEN IS THAT WE'VE HAD MORE ENGAGEMENT AND MORE PATRONS THAT ARE INVOLVED IN THE PARK AND CREATING A SAFE ACTIVITY IN AREA FOR THE PARK SYSTEM. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE AND OF COURSE, JUST TRYING TO GET OUR DOWNTOWN PARKS MORE ENGAGED DOWNTOWN. OF COURSE, WE HAVE ALL THESE SIGNATURE PARKS THAT ARE THERE. WE HAVE CHALLENGES WITH CHALLENGES WITH THE UNSHELTERED.
BUT ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE WERE ABLE TO SEE IN WORKING WITH DEI AND WORKING WITH THE RESIDENTS COUNCIL IS THAT WE'RE NOT DOING ENOUGH AS IT RELATES TO PEOPLE WHO LIVE DOWNTOWN WHO ARE UTILIZING THE PARKS. OF COURSE, WE GET THOSE DOG YOU KNOW, USERS THAT BRING THEIR DOG OUT TO THE PARK.
BUT ARE YOU UTILIZING A PARK AS YOUR SPACE, YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD PARK? AND SO WE WANTED TO CREATE MORE ENGAGEMENT WITH OUR DOWNTOWN RESIDENTS COUNCIL.
WORKING WITH DEI. RIGHT NOW, WE'RE WORKING ON OUR SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH DEI AS WELL, TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE DOING WHAT WE NEED TO DO TO KEEP THOSE PARKS SAFE AND CLEAN AND SO THIS WAS OUR FIRST NATIONAL NIGHT OUT.

WE WORK WITH DEI, JUST AS WE DID AT SOME OF THE NORTH PARKS AS FAR AS WHEN THEY'RE GOING TO PROVIDE SECURITY, WHEN ARE WE GOING TO PROVIDE SECURITY AND WORKING HAND IN HAND? WE WERE ABLE TO REALLY ALLEVIATE THE CHALLENGES THAT WE WERE HAVING AT CIVIC GARDEN, THE COMMUNITY AND METROPOLITAN, THE APARTMENT OF HIGH RISE THAT'S NEXT DOOR. THEY'RE REALLY PLEASED WITH WHAT WE'VE BEEN DOING.AND SO SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE DOING NOW IS LOOKING AT THAT PARK AND SAYING, HEY, IS THERE A WAY THAT WE MAY MAKE SOME CHANGES TO THE AMENITIES SO THAT WE CAN HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE THERE? AND SO WE'RE STILL CONTINUING TO WORK WITH THEM? WE HAVE A MEETING COMING UP NEXT MONTH WITH THEM AND SO THEY'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED, AND WE'RE HAPPY THAT WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO GET SOME REALLY POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT AT CIVIC GARDEN. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. BUT WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT BECAUSE THIS IS STILL PART OF THE PLAN AS IT RELATES TO MAKING SURE THAT WE'RE DOING THE OUTREACH, MAKING SURE THAT WE DON'T HAVE ANY STRUCTURES THAT ARE IN THE PARKS.
SO THESE ARE JUST SOME THINGS AND SOME VISITS THAT WE WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT TO LET YOU KNOW THIS PART OF THE ENGAGEMENT AND CLEANING GOES ALONG WITH OUR STRATEGIC PLAN. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. SO ANOTHER PRIMARY FOCUS AREA EQUIPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE INVENTORY PROGRESS REPORT.
WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE WORKING HARD SO THAT EVERY DOLLAR THAT YOU ALL HAVE SUPPORTED US WITH, THAT YOU KNOW WHERE IT'S GOING. AND SO YOU CAN SEE THOSE NUMBERS AS FAR AS WHAT WE'RE DOING FROM THOSE BID ENHANCEMENTS THAT WE'VE HAD IN PREVIOUS YEARS AND WHAT WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO CAPTURE. SO THE 1.7 MILLION WITH FACILITY UPGRADES, WITH THE CAMERAS AND INFRASTRUCTURE OUR SECURITY EQUIPMENT, YOU KNOW AND I, YOU KNOW, FOR ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU HAVE, THE TEAM CAN REALLY SPEAK TO THOSE AS FAR AS THE CAMERA TRAILERS AND HOW THEY'RE WORKING, THAT KIND OF THING. STAFFING.
WE'RE UP TO 20 AS IT RELATES TO AN ALLOCATION FOR THE MARSHALS.
NOW, OF COURSE, THEY'VE STILL BEEN HAVING CHALLENGES AS IT RELATES TO STAFFING THOSE POSITIONS.
BUT WE WORK HARD, THEY WORK EFFICIENTLY, AND WE WERE ABLE TO ADD ANOTHER SHIFT, WHEREAS WE HAVE SOME EXPOSURE AND VISIBILITY IN THE NIGHT HOURS AS WELL. SO IT'S BEEN HELPFUL. BUT IT DEFINITELY HAS BEEN A CHALLENGE AND THE MARSHALS ARE HERE IF THEY NEED TO SPEAK TO THAT, THEY CAN KIND OF PROVIDE YOU SOME INFORMATION.
SO THAT'S BEEN A TOTAL OF $4.4 MILLION. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE AND SO, YOU KNOW, JUST LETTING YOU ALL KNOW AS FAR AS WHERE THOSE DOLLARS CAME FROM AND WHAT WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO DO FOR THE ARPA FUNDING.
2.58 MILLION AND THEN THOSE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS IN OUR RECREATION CENTERS AND 58 LOCATIONS WHERE GOLF COURSES AND RECREATION CENTERS AND IN PARKS AND THEN IT TELLS YOU AS FAR AS HOW MANY COMPLETE 43 NOW ARE COMPLETE.
INSTALL NEEDS POWER, 11 LOCATIONS. SO WHAT STARTED HAPPENING WAS, AS YOU ALL RECALL, OUR PARK SYSTEM ENDED UP BEING PART OF THE PROBLEM AND NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION AS IT RELATED TO CRIME HAPPENING AROUND CERTAIN NEIGHBORHOODS.
AND SO WHAT WAS HAPPENING IS KEITH'S PARK WAS A GOOD EXAMPLE, AND I CAN NAME SEVERAL PARKS, BUT THE ISSUES THAT WAS HAPPENING IN THE PARKS WERE BLEEDING INTO THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS, AND IT WAS CAUSING ALL KINDS OF ISSUES AS IT RELATED TO CRIME.
AND SO WE DIDN'T HAVE THE PARK POLICE, SO WE SAID, HEY, CAN WE AT LEAST HAVE SOME LEVEL OF WHAT WE CALL SOME PARK MONITORS SINCE WE DIDN'T HAVE PARK POLICE ANYMORE? AND AT THAT TIME WE HAD THREE PARK MONITORS TO MANAGE.
AT THAT TIME, IT WAS ABOUT 360 PARKS AND THE PARK SYSTEM.
AND OF COURSE, BECAUSE WHAT WAS HAPPENING WAS FOLKS LIKE MYSELF, WHO WAS A WHAT WE CALL A DISTRICT MANAGER, I USED TO HAVE TO BE THE ONE AND MY OTHER COLLEAGUES, WE WOULD HAVE TO GO OUT WHEN WE GOT CALLS FROM COUNCIL MEMBERS OR CITIZENS OR BOARD MEMBERS. HOWEVER, AT THE SAME TOKEN, WE GOTTA MAKE SURE FOLKS UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU DON'T ADHERE TO THE RULES AND WE HAVE THOSE MORE SYSTEMATIC, TRUE SAFETY ISSUES THAT CAN TURN INTO TRUE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, SYSTEMIC PROBLEMS IN THE PARKS, IT'S GOING TO BLEED INTO THE NEIGHBORHOODS. THEN WE NEED THREE LAYERS.
WE NEED THE FOLKS WHO EDUCATE, WHO CAN PROVIDE INTEL AND THEN WE NEED THE FOLKS WHO CAN COME IN WITH SOME LEVEL OF ENFORCEMENT, WHICH IS THE MARSHALS. BUT AT THE SAME TOKEN, THEY UNDERSTAND OUR PARK SYSTEM BECAUSE THAT'S THEIR JOB.
SO THEY GET TO KNOW THE PATRONS, THEY GET TO KNOW THE ACTIVITIES.
SO WHEN THEY'RE CALLING IN, THEY'RE GOING TO BE MORE AWARE. WE UNDERSTAND YOUR RULES.
WE UNDERSTAND THIS PATRON HAD ISSUES THE LAST 3 OR 4 TIMES OUT HERE AND GUESS WHAT.
ENFORCEMENT BOOM AND THEN WE HAVE TO HAVE THAT THAT THIRD LAYER WHICH IS DPD AND THAT IS 911 ISSUES SYSTEMIC ISSUES. YOU GOT SOME REAL DRUG ISSUES.

WE WERE USING ETHANOL. WE HAD A PRETTY ROBUST PROGRAM IN PLACE.
KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING. THE NEXT KEY POINT WAS INVEST IN INFRASTRUCTURE, WHICH WE'LL TALK ABOUT TODAY, BECAUSE THAT IS REALLY THE, THE, THE, THE ONE OF THE BIGGER OBSTACLES THAT WE'VE COME ACROSS.

SO JUMPING FORWARD TO 2025, WE'VE COMPLETED CENTRAL SERVICE CENTER OFF OF BEAR STREET THERE'S OR BAYLOR STREET, I'M SORRY, THERE'S TWO LEVEL TWO CHARGERS ALREADY IN PLAY THAT ARE UP AND OPERATIONAL.

THIS IS ABOUT MAYBE A FOUR WEEK OLD PHOTOGRAPH OF WHERE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE AT THE NORTHEAST SERVICE CENTER FOR THE LEVEL TWO CHARGERS, THAT WOULD BE A BANK OF ABOUT 23 CHARGERS GOING IN RIGHT THERE.

SO PLUS WITH WHAT WE HAVE AT CITY HALL, THAT'LL PUT US IN A SOMEWHERE AROUND THE CAPACITY OF CHARGING 200 VEHICLES, YOU KNOW, FULL CAPACITY OVERNIGHT YOU KNOW, TYPE SCENARIO.

WE'VE SEEN SOME CHANGE IN THEIR BUSINESS PLANS AND WE NEED TO WORK WITH STABLE AND LONG TERM VENDORS, PRODUCT SUPPORT. OF COURSE, IF WE LOSE VENDORS OR VENDORS REDEVELOP THEIR MODEL, IT CHANGES THE LEVEL OF SUPPORT WE GET ON THESE VEHICLES.
I MEAN, THEY'RE REALLY JUST IN THEIR INFANCY.
