    SO WHAT WE'VE BEEN DOING IS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT, UM, KIND OF CREATING A BANK, RECOGNIZING WE'VE BEEN DOING THIS IN PHASES AND WE'VE JUST SAID, HEY, OUR GOAL WAS TO PLANT EVERYTHING BACK ON PROPERTY TO THE EXTENT WE POSSIBLY CAN AND MITIGATE, MITIGATE JUST PAYING INTO THE, THE TREE BANK.

    SO WE'RE UTILIZING ALL THESE LARGE OPEN PARKING FIELDS THAT WE HAVE AND, AND PUTTING IN THE LITTLE TREE DIAMONDS THROUGHOUT.

    AND THEN SO BRING THOSE TO COMPLIANCE E EXACTLY.
