THE PROPOSED SIGN IS TO BE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH FACADE FACING CLOVER STREET.

THIS IS ONE OF TWO ATTACHED SIGNS TO BE INSTALLED AT THIS SITE AND THE ONLY ONE INSTALLED ON THIS FACADE, THIS SIGN WILL BE 234 SQUARE FEET.

THERE WAS ONE THAT WAS APPROVED AT A LOWER ELEVATION.

SO IS THAT STILL EXISTING ON THE FACADE?

YEAH, BECAUSE I'M SENDING RULE ABOUT HOW MANY ARE ALLOWED BY FACADE.

UH, I DON'T KNOW IF THAT ONE WAS EVER ACTUALLY INSTALLED, BUT THE WEST ELEVATION WAS INSTALLED AND THAT ONE'S BEING REPLACED WITH THE ONE THAT'S APPLIED FOR TODAY.

THE DIMENSIONS OF THE SIGN, 41 FOOT FOUR INCH BY FIVE FOOT EIGHT INCH WITH AN AREA OF 234 SQUARE FOOT.

IT'LL BE ALL WHITE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FRAME THAT IT'S MOUNTED TO.

AND THE FRAME WILL OVERHANG THE PARAPET AND IT'LL MOUNT TO THE ROOF.

UH, HERE'S THE ENGINEERING.

OH, YOU'VE GOT THE ENGINEERING.

UH, SCOTT, LET ME ASK A COUPLE OF QUICK QUESTIONS BECAUSE I READ THAT LIKE WHERE THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE TO ATTACH IT TO THE ROOF.

I'M ASSUMING THAT'S A FLAT ROOF AND THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE SOMEBODY COME IN AND WHEN THEY DRILL AND MOUNT IT, THEY'RE GONNA COME BACK AND PASS TO BE SURE IT'S WATERPROOFED.

BUT WHEN THE PART THAT HANGS OVER ON THE STREET FACING SIDE, ARE THERE ANY, IS THERE ANYTHING THERE? I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING IN THE DRAWINGS TO STABILIZE THAT.

IF YOU GET LIKE AN UPDRAFT OR SOMETHING BECAUSE IT'S VERY STABLE FROM THE BACKSIDE.

ALTHOUGH THE ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS LITERALLY BLEW MY MIND BECAUSE I DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL OF IT.

BUT ON THIS SIDE, IS THERE ANYTHING TO STABILIZE IF YOU LIVE THERE UNDER WHERE IT SAYS GROUP? MM-HMM.

IT HAS THREE EIGHTHS DIAMETER THROUGH BOLTS AT THE, AT THE LETTERS AND THAT'S DOWN INTO THE FRAME.

IS THAT ACTUALLY GOING INTO THE BUILDING AS WELL? YES.

THROUGH BOLTS THROUGH THE LETTERS.

'CAUSE WHEN I LOOKED AT THE THINGS AND YOU KNOW, MY BRAIN'S NOT IN QUITE WELL YET, BUT IT'S, YEAH, IT LOOKED LIKE THEY MIGHT NOT BEING ABLE TO STABILIZE IT.

IT IS 33 FOOT, TWO INCH, APPROXIMATELY BY FIVE FOOT EIGHT INCH, UH, 149 SQUARE FOOT AND THE ENGINEERING AND THEN CITE PHOTOS, SIGNS ON THE AREA AND THEN STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL BUILDING.

UM, AS STATED BEFORE, THIS IS A REBRANDING EFFORT BY THE SAME COMPANY.

UM, SO WE ACTUALLY HAD PERMITS FOR TOP OF BUILDING SIGNAGE ON THE SOUTH.

THEY DECIDED THEY ELECTED NOT TO PROCEED WITH INSTALLATION WHEN THE PERMIT WAS ISSUED A COUPLE YEARS AGO.

UH, 'CAUSE THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF REBRANDING.

SO THE REQUEST NOW BACK BEFORE YOU IS WITH THE NEW LOGO ON THE, UH, SOUTH SIDE AND THEN ON THE WEST ELEVATION TO REPLACE LIKE, FOR LIKE EXISTING JUST WITH THE NEW LOGO, SAME MOUNTING METHOD WITH THE CUSTOMIZED RACEWAYS TO ALLOW FOR MOUNTING ON THE, UM, UNEVEN SURFACE WITH THE PROJECTING BRICK COLUMNS, THE CASTSTONE ELEMENTS AND SO FORTH.

SO SAME MOUNTING METHOD AS BEFORE.

MOUNTING METHOD FOR THE SOUTH ELEVATION AT THE TOP WITH THE UM, UH, STRINGER SYSTEM, IF YOU WILL, MOUNTING INTO THE ROOFTOP, UH, IS, IS REQUIRED BY THE LANDLORD.

UH, WE DID THE SAME MOUNTING METHOD FOR THE EXISTING TRG SIGN THAT'S THERE AT THE TOP OF THE WEST ELEVATION.

SO WE'VE DONE IT BEFORE AND OPENED THE ROOF ATTACHED TO THE ROOF DECK, SEALED EVERYTHING UP NICE AND NEAT.
