VI. Community Development Committee Report: Public Improvement Committee, October 19, 2026

VII. Action Items: Consider and Approve (1) Allocating FY 2026–27 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Improvement funds, along with returned Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dallas (BGCD funds and prior-year savings, to (2) Bishop Arts Theatre in the amount of $703,125, and (3) For Oak Cliff in the amount of $87,900 for planned facility improvements and rehabilitation, and (4) authorize advancing this item for City Council consideration and potential contract award. Both agencies completed the FY 2025–26 NOFA process, but were not funded due to limited resources.
